This house is amazing! So beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable (especially the beds!) and super convenient to uptown Sedona. Nice neighborhood too! Best of all, the hosts allowed us to stay an extra night when our plans changed. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place and everything about it. The location was perfect to get to the main drag of Sedona within a few minutes by car or 20 minutes walking. The decor of the home is absolutely beautiful and is airy, light and spacious. Everything that you need is there.
The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. Nice to have two master bedrooms with king beds since we often travel with another couple, and they are positioned on opposite sides of the home which gave us privacy and quiet from each other. The deck is great for hanging out with a glass of wine and looking at that spectacular view of the red rock.
All in all, we felt very comfortable in the home, and would be happy to come back!

What a wonderful home, from the comfort, decorations and well-appointed home, we had everything we needed! Location is fabulous and close to everything in Sedona. We will definitely return to this very lovely location. Thank you!!

The three bedrooms are all lovely two with amazing views.
We were three moms on a get away. The yard is peaceful and the views are stunning.
Quiet neighborhood, however the javelinas came through every night and attacked our garbage cans which was adorable and we got lots of photos and videos of them!
Everything is spot on in this special home.

This home is beautiful. It’s spacious, beds were awesome, linens were luxurious, kitchen had all the things we needed, showers were very nice.
The backyard area with a large deck was landscaped so well and then there was the view from the backyard that was stunning.
The neighbor was lovely and very quiet even though it was so close to everything. We would definitely recommend a stay at this home.

Beautifully maintained older home in established neighborhood. Split plan was great for privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Home was immaculate. Neighborhood is walkable to uptown shops (less than a mile) and trailhead at the end of the block. Can’t wait to come back!

House description was very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and cozy house. The views from the great room, bedrooms, and wrap-around deck were amazing. Use of the two car garage was very convenient.

Have been renting vacation houses since the 1990's. This was perhaps the best house we've encountered. Property description was faithfully accurate; it was perfect for our annual December gathering with our adult children. Fantastic location and neighborhood; was able to walk to a few of the downtown Sedona restaurants. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient. We are already planning our return visit!

This is a fabulous house! The property has a great location and the accommodations are excellent. A great house for a family. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Overall an excellent home with great views and extremely comfortable.

This year we decided to take our four college kids on a trip versus traditional gifts at home. Sedona was an amazing choice of a location and the property was nothing less.
Great location in Uptown Sedona made all of our excursions easy to access, especially our hikes (which we did everyday).
Owners were reachable and cooperative and the property was as advertised. Great gathering area with living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Then bedrooms on each wing gave privacy when needed!
I would highly recommend the property to others.

The house was clean and comfortable. Just as pictured in the listing. We came to celebrate our friends birthday. We did the open air bus tour which was informative and fun. We took a day and headed to the Grand Canyon, which was beautiful but cold. Not much night life activity but it was ok. We made the most of our time.

This was an amazing house that let us really enjoy our stay in Sedona.
We saw a big buck in the driveway when we first pulled up. The sunsets were amazing. Then we say a coyote walk from the house to across the street the morning we left.
We had no issues whatsoever, and we would be happy to stay here again. Great backyard, nice views of the area, and close proximity to everything we needed.

Spacious home with fantastic views. Located on a quiet street not far from Uptown. Very clean and well maintained property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and miss the views while having coffee on the back deck.

The views from any part of this lovely, well-appointed home are nothing short of spectacular. This is a home in a quiet, dark area of beautiful Sedona, where you can still see stars right from the middle of town. That's right, the town is within walking distance.
The owners are very kind, and their communication with us was instant. You will likely not need to engage that though, because the house has everything you need all ready for you. We had a wonderful time here and will certainly be back!

This is an absolute wonderful property. The home is beautiful private and convenient. The host's attention to detail and comfort is fantastic from the black make up face cloths to the well stocked coffee bar. The grounds are lovely especially the fenced back yard. Birds, bunnies and apples on the trees. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

The property was amazing had every ammenity we could need, spacious living room with awesome views. Very close to downtown/uptown Sedona shopping and restaurants. Very little drive time to trails as well. The back yard had nice table for eating outside and grill. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - highly recommend!!

My mom, two daughters and I were on a girls trip to Sedona. We absolutely loved the property! It was comfortable and homey, in a great neighborhood and close (but not too close) to shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning again!

If you are looking for extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and beautiful place to stay in Sedona, look no further. The property is as advertised and even better. The view is breathtaking! It is very close to uptown with shopping and restaurants. Beautiful drives are close as well. The beds are insanely comfortable. I never sleep well when I travel and this is the first place possibly ever that I did! We had everything that we needed and the owners thought of everything. Don't hesitate to rent this one. We will definitely return!
