Good communication with owner when having to change dates when daughter surgery was rescheduled. Great location close to Murdoch hospital and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Good place for us close to family and close to everything

Upon arrival you will be greated with the world's smallest driveway, don't expect your nice 4wd or a trailer to fit there. Inspection of any rental is a must as the quality of cleanliness of this granny flat is more like a dirty cubby house. The ac compressor unit out side vibrates through the walls to every room which becomes very annoying especially at night when trying to sleep. There is only one ac duct in side which doesn't in any way cool down the bed rooms and so enjoy the freezing cold living room and the collection of dust that hasn't been cleaned out of the filters so I hope you have no allergies. Welcome to the hood because that's where you will be located. Enjoy the sweet sounds of the bogans especially on weekends with there she'd skids to there drunken parties. Feeling safe here is not a option because the only keys you will recieve is for the front door no gate keys to keep your stuff out the back safe. The owner of the property is very rude and definitely not a person to talk to. I hope you enjoy walking long distances ad the shops are no where near where they are stated to be by the property owner Do not stay here as the listing is nothing like it's explaind to be from the property owner. Stays has nothing todo with this property and to have a complaint fixd they will pass you to the property owner as they state that they only list the property and does not take any responsibility of such issues that are reported

Lovely, modern place in a quiet neighbourhood.

This is a great little villa. It was perfect for our needs & a very comfortable home away from home. It was very modern & spotlessly clean, such excellent value for money, in fact, one of the best value for money properties we have ever stayed in. The owner Joshua is very approachable & always helpful. the villa has easy access to the train station, freeway & shopping centres plus Fremantle is not far away. Even in the south lake area we walked to 3 different lakes. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Away from the city quiet neighbourhood is very tranquil. Josh is very responsive to answer any query and his apartment is near to malls and supermarkets. My family love staying in his apartment especially my girls. But some inputs in the aprtment need to improve. Other than that the apartment location is just so awesome.

We have stayed three times now and find everything perfect. Always very clean and we have everything needed. Good shops and food outlets nearby.

Had a great time visited Fremantle also a trip up the swan river and into Perth by train from Cockburn Central Station Also went to Rottnest Island Had a swim at coogee beach All with the help of google maps Accommodation was very comfortable after a busy day out and very quiet

The unit is very clean, secure and in a quiet location. Everything you need. Close to shops, etc. Easy to get onto the freeway. Off road parking a BIG plus. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Modern well appointed and spotless. Everything one needs. In a past life I was an accommodation inspector for an airline and also selected and graded properties for the local automobile association. All I can say is I am returning early next year as this property is great.

My family and I had the best 1 week stay here at the villa. It's affordable, safe, quiet, comfortable and near to food and shopping. The villa also had games and DVDs which we did occupy ourselves with in the evenings. We felt that this was really thoughtful. We hope to be back here soon!
