Lovely apartment, best stocked place we have ever stayed in, walking distance to almost everywhere, Irena who greeted us could not have been more helpful. Don't be put off by outside of building, the apartment itself is lovely and very quiet. We came by bus from airport and were given clear instructions on how to reach the apartment about 10 minutes easy walking with bags. I cannot find enough words to express how divine our stay was! On our first day, after travelling for a lot of hours, we were greeted by the amazing Irina who is the caretaker for the apartment, who endlessly helpful and cheerful, who stocked the fridge with milk, assured we were stocked with plenty of fruit, coffee, essentials such as washing powder, stain remover, the list is endless! The apartment is impecibaly clean and so gorgeous, feels just like home! Extremely warm and cozy ambiance. Irina was such a help with anything I needed and even came once a week to keep the apartment spotlessly clean. The apartment was fully heated (we stayed in winter but it is also air conditioned for summer) Located in a very secure building and so very central ! Walking distance to all major Belgrade attractions. The owner Radmila was a pure pleasure to communicate with, so polite and helpful. If you need an apartment that is a stone throw from everything, that is located in a very secure building , that is cozy, clean and safe, and that has a brilliant owner and Caretaker look no further! We will be back for sure

Great location, loved having a courtyard for meals and drying clothes and our greeter, Irini, was wonderful. Belgrade flies under the radar for most Americans but it’s an interesting city with fantastic eating.

This appartement is no more the less the best i have ever been in Belgrade. Absolutely everything you need is in there. Even if he's located in a busy street, you can't hear anything. The court yard is very enjoyable too. And to finish you are 10-15 min max walking to the city centre which makes this appartement a must. Communication and reactivity with Irina (property manager) have been excellent. I will go back for my next trip!!!

I rented the apartment for 2 months while on a work assignment in Belgrade. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the center of town, post office, grocery stores, central train/bus station. It truly is in the center of it all yet in a very quiet corner! The apartment is fully furnished, modern, cheerful, and safe. Best of all completely quiet at night! Irina helped me to get a SIM card, bus pass, residency documentation and took me on a short excursion. The private courtyard is quite large with a shaded table for 4 and can also be used to dry laundry. Communication with Radmila and Irina is fast and easy: Once an electrical storm knocked out the power to the apartment. It took less than 30 minutes after my email to Radmila and Irina to get it restored. Look no further—you have found the perfect apartment!

Both the Radmila & Irina were extremely accommodating! Everything was perfect to the accommodations in the flat where we had everything provided and the location was great! You also have a private patio area that is exclusive to you. 5/5 I would recommend this home.
