We stayed with 6 adults for a combo 50th birthday/spring break getaway. The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space, great kitchen, very clean, and gorgeous views of the beach. We loved how close we were to the Flora Bama. Would definitely book this property again!!

We enjoyed having two 3 bedroom condos next door to each other. Grandchildren loved the indoor pool, beach and hot tub. Great having Flor Bama next door

My daughter and I both cried over leaving, if that says anything. The condo was great but the VIEW was INCREDIBLE! Having Ole River Grill and FloraBama within walking distance was wonderful!

This was a really great condo. It was at the far west end of the building so there was very little noise from the outside walkway. The beds and couch were all comfortable. We were unsure what the beds in the third room were (doubles or queens). They were double beds so thankfully we had brought along an air mattress just in case. It would have been nice to have had way more hand towels (2 per bathroom isn't really enough for a group of women) but there were plenty of big towels so we made it work. The right side of the toaster was messed up but we worked around that too. We really LOVED the patio furniture. Having that set up was great compared to it normally being for dining. It was way more comfortable for morning coffee and after beach cocktails. I would for sure choose this condo again.

This condo was perfect for us once we got there, but I did have quite a delay in hearing back from the property manager when I asked questions. I asked what size the beds were in the rooms, and two weeks after booking it finally got a reply that there are two kings in two of the rooms and two queens in the last room. Perfect for us and everything besides that worked out great!

I think it could have been cleaner Brown stains on shower curtain were very off putting Did someone get stool on it Made me nauseous I think it was cleaned long before we were let in because we sat outside the door for 2 hours before 4 We were told at 130 that we could get in as soon as it was cleaned and we know it was cleaned before 2 and we were called at 350 I had to call and get reimbursed because Iwas charged 3 times Was told it was a computer problem These issues make me think the management company needs some work

Spacious!

We have stayed at Phoenix X over 5 times now and this unit has been our favorite by far! Orange Beach is our happy place, so we try to get there any chance we get and I will definitely look for this condo from now on. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and son-in-law as well as 2 other couples. Every one was impressed by the condo's decor, cleanliness, and comfort. It was well appointed with everything we needed, including a crock pot and plenty of towels. My only comment- which is not a complaint by any means, but something to be aware of when booking is the unit is on the opposite end of the building from the parking garage. This was not an issue as we parked when we got there and did not leave until check out, but if you plan to drive a lot, I do see the convenience of being closer to the garage. We did reach out to the booking agent for help with overflow parking. We had more cars than were allowed for our unit the weekend we were there, and they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely return!

I would’ve rated our stay higher if we weren’t so disappointed with our experience. I had received vague information that there may be construction on the property. For us to travel during a pandemic was a risk we were willing to take as we planned on having an area to spend time outside in per the website at booking. Two days before we were due to arrive, I received information with my check-in instructions that the hot tubs were closed due to COVID. Upon arrival, we discover the entire outdoor pool area under construction. This leaves the indoor pool our only option for entertainment. There were 3 hot tubs near the indoor pool, we wondered why there wasn’t more creativity with making them available. I would’ve been willing to wear a mask and limit my time spent in the hot tub with my spouse. Our condo was just what we wanted but we were bored!

We have an awesome experience it was so much fun! Even though it rained the condo was perfect everyone slept comfortably and the property was in great shape!

Love staying at Phoenix10. We knew that deck work was happening but we had to have patio furniture in our living room for almost 3 weeks. This wasn’t the condo owners fault but not happy. We love lounging on the deck but the work really cut into that a lot. Our month long stay was interrupted by the work.

Great location, great sunrises and sunsets. Communication and follow- up with owners and rental agency was excellent. Check in and out processes very easy. Small crowds so nice time to have a restful December!

A little haul from the parking deck, but worth it... this condo might be my favorite one ever! View is spectacular and the layout of the condo was perfect- so roomy and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect. Loved the location, the communication from the rental company, and......the updated interior! Only negative was the unforeseen concrete work on the side of the building. This resulted in not being able to sit on balcony because cement debris and dust was all over the furniture. Not anyone’s fault!

There was major construction going on which wasn't communicated before hand. Heavy machinery at 8 am every morning, work going on in condo beside us and above us. Access to beach was blocked. Outdoor pool unusable. Workers in condo above us emptied water (or who knows what) over balcony which blew in on us sitting on balcony and got the furniture and us wet. Constant smell of diesel from the heavy machinery made it where you couldn't even leave the patio door open or enjoy the balcony during the day.
