Very nice home we had a nice time. The only thing I didn't like is that there is cameras in the front of the house and garage and they are constantly monitoring them. To the point it felt uncomfortable, it made me feel like there may be more in the home that we don't know about. And I say this because I had the garage open and some lost dogs accidentally came in and I had to scare them away and immediately I get a text that there are no dogs allowed. That's when I knew we were being watched.

House was beautiful! Comfortably slept 7 adults. Highly recommend - location was perfect.

Check-in and check-out process was quite simple and the house had everything you could need to have a wonderful family vacation in Tahoe. Would absolutely go back to this property that is in walking distance to a number of good restaurants and the beach!

Great location, great cabin!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The layout was perfect for us to be able to spend time together on the main floor while doing different activities. We walked to the beach and playground just a couple blocks away, enjoyed the hot tub everyday, and had fun playing the snow outside. They had everything we needed to cook, relax, sleep, do laundry, etc.. We would love to book again!

I have never stayed in such a well-equipped and well-supplied vacation rental before, and the little things really do matter. We are grateful for such a kind and thoughtful host. The home itself was also even better than expected. The listing photos don’t quite do it justice—even though they are nice photos.

Great location a few blocks from Kings Beach shops, restaurants and the lake. Very nicely kept property with plenty of amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great stay for our family of 5. Highly recommend this property.

We had an unexpected situation, and Tara was extremely helpful in assisting us. The house is very clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a super cozy place to spend a few days in Tahoe.

We had the best stay here. The location is amazing - walking distance to the beach and playground, 3 min drive to Safeway for all your necessities, 15 min drive to a great free sledding hill at Tahoe Meadows South Trailhead. Kitchen and house is fully stocked with everything you could need. House is spacious and super clean. Beautiful master bedroom and bath, and other bedrooms and bathrooms are smaller than the master but still ample space and just as nice. South Lake Tahoe is about a 45 min drive - we made the drive there for NYE which was fun for hitting the casinos and nightlife but we also could have been just as content enjoying the north side. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay for families, small groups, and anyone looking to stay in King’s beach. Communication was excellent and welcoming.

Amazing home, location, hospitality and service.

This long weekend getaway was to celebrate my husband's 74th and our son's 52nd birthdays and it was a huge success !! We've rented vacation homes, in many states and this one rates right at the top of the list. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with things I didn't even know I needed :) Located just a short 3 blocks to beautiful Kings Beach, we spent a lot of time walking around and looking at the beautiful fall colors, stunning!!!

We had the best time here!!! Gorgeous home and entities we all LOVED the hot tub AND the location a few streets up from Lake Tahoe! When we come back we’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful relaxing fun stay and adventure! The house is most well set up vacation rental we have stayed at we were all very impressed and pleased! Tara our host responded quickly to any questions we had about the house! The location is fantastic and the house amenities were so enjoyable! We can't wait to return next year!

Great property, walking distance to Kings Beach, and local shops and restaurants.

The house was perfect for our 2 families with young kids. We were able to walk to the beach and the wagon was so useful in carrying our beach gear. We brought our own SUP but so cool that the house offers one and kayaks (with a signed waiver). The 3 block easy walk to the beach, as well as walking distance to a brewery, several restaurants and shave ice was fantastic. There was some noise from the neighbors but everyone was very respectful past 10pm. The upstairs deck was such a great place to chill out and hang. The kids loved all the board games and the book collection. Tara was very communicative from booking to check-in. Highly recommend for families with young kids as walking distance to Kings Beach was key for us.

My dad, sister, and our (young) kids had such a fun time at this summer escape! My family came here last winter for a ski/winter adventure, and a return trip here in the summer was just as good if not better! The house is fully stocked, perfect location from the beach, and the kids loved the hot tub and games. Thank you so much for your hospitality Tara!

We enjoyed this home very much. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, has plenty of towels and kitchen extras. The welcome basket was a nice gesture. The paddle board, kayaks, and beach equipment were great! It was a wonderful experience!

Communication with Tara was so easy and quick and we were delighted by every little detail in the house from extra pool/tub towels to a sweet welcome basket for us! It was so comfortable and our kids had a blast! Will definitely come here again!

We had a great time with family and our baby! Everything was clean, easy and the beach toys were a hit. The location was perfect for walking around and east to park and drive other places. We would definitely stay again!

It felt like we hit a home run. I have been renting places every May in the mountains for ten years now. I travel with two of my closest friends. It’s a time for us to pull away rest, relax and recharge. This house by far hands down the best rental we have ever stayed in. The owners took the time to make every detail feel like they were setting up their place for people they care about. From the east access, to a full kitchen. Down to the double ply toilet paper. Tara was available to text when we had questions. The home was clean and had the nicest dishes, silverware, beds blankets. I could go on. If anyone is looking for an amazing home you can’t go wrong with Tara and Michael. So thankful we got a good one.

This was a very nice property. They had ecerything you would need except your clothes and personal hygiene items. Couldnt ask for a more welcoming home. We will definitely revisit. Owners were very prompt with any questions we had Nothing but pros no cons!!!! Thanks again Tara and Michael

Very clean and comfortable 3BR/Bath house in a great location a few blocks from the lake. Especially well provisioned with cooking spices, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. We had a great stay, would rent again.

We had an amazing time! The home is well stocked with all the amenities. Plenty of good quality blankets, bed linens, pillows, towels, robes…you name it. The kitchen came stocked with spices, coffee and many of the basics for prepping meals at the home. The large hot tub was clean and in good working order. Easy to access from the main deck. We enjoyed coming back from skiing to a nice warm soak. There were plenty of boardgames to explore with the kids and movies for all ages. Our kids excitedly found sleds in the garage for guest use. Additionally, if we had been staying during the summer, there was a SUP board and many water toys available as well. We loved being able to communicate directly with our host, Tara, who was prompt in her responses and incredibly accommodating. We all would definitely recommend staying here! There are too many good things to list here in one review! The kids are hoping to come back for a summer trip. Most definitely, five stars. ⭐️
