Unit was as described, it was clean, and the complex is nice. There was a large group of college kids partying that we had to go around each day just to get to the beach. They took over the entire front of tower 2. We were also made to move parking spots after being directed to park on a specific floor. Overall it was a good stay.

This is our second time staying at the Majestic but this was an amazing room. Efficient cleaning and communication when needed. I received a call that maintenance needed to come in to inspect outlets but communication was clear and was quick! Overall, great property and very clean!

This was a great Christmas vacation! Enjoyed the beach and the indoor pools and games! The location was perfect!

Location was perfect, there were some things in the condo that needed attention and only one trash bag for the week and two rolls of toilet paper were a bit limiting as staying in a hotel for a week those are provided, especially when trash is needed to be taken out before we leave

Low wait times on elevators, great amenities, good location to get where-ever you’re going in Panama, plenty of pools and hot tubs to accommodate everyone! Cons/ The condo needs some maintenance, front door coming off of the hinges, mold or mildew in the showers. Also the lamp shades looked cracked or broke. Cleanliness, main areas were clean but the balcony was covered in bird poop and lots of sand, something spilt all down the wall in the master bedroom, dead bug smashed on the wall, curtains in living room and master bedroom drag the ground so the bottoms were very dirty. Under the beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, I dropped my phone under it and had to wash it off. All in all we had a great time and didn’t let any of this bother us but I do think there’s some things that could be addressed to make the experience even better!

Master bedroom space is amazing. Great storage space for everything so you can be comfortable. We had a good time and will probably be back

As this was the most we have ever paid for a weeks stay in 14 years of vacations at PCB, I would expect there to be enough towels for each person. The listing says it sleeps 7, ur only 6 towels and TWO washcloths provided as well as 2 hand towels. Not enough silverware for everyone. Found trash under beds and down sides of bunk beds. Light bulbs burned out. No hot water in kitchen to do dishes. Kitchen sink faucet was barely hanging on. Drapes were FILTHY. Bedroom TVs are extremely outdated. Pot and pans so old could hardly use. If your gonna charge premium prices, upgrade. Also not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when we had to clean when we got there it was so dirty.

The room was very clean upon arrival. The condo had everything we needed.

Walking bearfooted for first time in unit felt sand in floor in each room. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Covers needed to be washed, pillows needed to be washed smelled like rhey had been used. Celing tiles had brown stains from water leaks. Some dishes were dirty cleaning person should double check to make sure all dishes that are put away in cabinets are completely cleaned. Couch could use a good shampooing or an udate with different fabric. Birds are bad to fly onto balcony and leave droppings. Other than these complaints owner is very quick to reapond, had a beatiful beach view. Owner may want to have a discussion with cleaning agent to make sure cleaning is done properly.

Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pots/pans, service pieces, etc. Primary bedroom, closet and bathroom were huge.

The property is beautiful. The couch was comfy and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be it really needs a DEEP cleaning the doors are very dirty on the backs and the master shower needs some attention. I would also suggest more towels and wash cloths there aren’t very many for a 3 bedroom unit. We had an issue with a leak in the secondary bathroom and some mildew stains they came right away and took care of the issue. Over all I would stay here again the communication was very quick to respond with anything and every email. Look forward to going back!

You could smell it had been cleaned....but we did find 6 roaches throughout our stay. Some were dead and a couple were not. It is a problem though throughout the entire building, and it is the property’s responsibility for exterminating, not the owners or rentalAgency according to the clause. The master bedroom bed collapsed on my older parents in the middle of the night because the supporting wooden legs under the box spring gave out due to them not even being bolted on, but we called the property management office and Theu sent someone out immediately to fix it. We had a nice stay, but only thing is the title and pictures are deceiving. It’s not newly renovated and in fact looks like the place has had previous water damage with the mold in certain areas and the baseboards and bottoms of doors are damaged. The curtains to the patio are nasty looking. The comforter in the 2nd room looked nasty and had what looked like blood spots on it. I slept on blankets to avoid it. Other than needing renovating or updating, it was fine.

Nice condo and property. Having to "check out" luggage carts was inconvenient. Took about 45 minutes to get carts to unload. Overall great!!

Our stay was horrible. One of the kids got sick and was vomiting but even more horrifying was when we flipped the lights on to help the child cockroaches were everywhere, scattering to hide. The next morning before we could call we got a knock on the door and they wanted to spray. We told them about our experience and ask why they just happened to show up, but they didn't really give an answer. We wanted to know if the spray was safe for children because we had 4 children 8 and under playing on the floor and they assured us it was. Well after they sprayed the roaches were coming out of the woodwork almost immediately after they sprayed. We were horrified. In the pantry crawling on our food and they were even in the refrigerator. We could only get in touch with security at this point. They came up to our condo and made a call and told them to get us out of there immediately. We were in tower 2 and they were moving us to tower 1. Packing up and moving 4 adults 3 kids and a baby took hours. Then once we got unpacked at the new condo we were all exhausted. We put the kids to bed in the bunk room and we all went to bed. A little while after going to bed the oldest boy went to his mom's room and told her there was a bug in his bed. She was half asleep and thought he had to be imagining things from being traumatized from the other condo. She got up to go look and sure enough there were small bugs in his bed. She woke the other adults up to go look because she had no idea what they were and my daughter who is a bio medical engineer knew exactly what they were. The kids were removed and she got her flashlight out to look and 100's and 100's of bugs were crawling under the top mattress and they were bedbugs. We called and had to leave a message with the rental agency but while waiting for a call back we called security. ( They seemed like the only people you could get a hold of immediately and they were so helpful) they called the rental agency and explained the problem and we were told they didn't have anywhere else to move us to. We checked the other beds and didn't see anything so we piled the kids and myself into bed and had no choice but to wait until morning. A man came in the next morning to inspect and sure enough the bunk room was infested with bedbugs. We had to find ourselves another condo during bike week and we didn't have a choice but to pay what they were asking. So once again we are packing up to move to another condo. Out of room to type.

The door looks like it had been kicked open. Besides the master bedroom, the condo is very small. I am not sure much cleaning happened upon our arrival. There was sand in the sheets, the curtains are dirty and the couch was old and worn looking.

All went smoothly. Rental agent very helpful. Keyless entry made for easy instant Check in. Nicely decorated condo. The Sandy white beach with abundant shells was a hit with adults and children alike.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for what we needed. The condo was in a great location close to everything we wanted! Just over all beautiful and hated to leave. Until next time!!

On the whole it was a nice experience.

Checkin was great, as was parking. Condo balcony furniture was covered in bird poop! Not a fan of sweeping up bird droppings as they carry disease. Kitchen sink faucet was broken but still usable. We took extra care with it. Living room furniture was worn, but very comfortable. Wish there was smart TV in the master bedroom, but only had older TV with no Roku capability. Living room had smart TV with Netflix, which was a plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all had plenty of room. The condo met our needs for this vacation. We would recommend this resort for other people, but this condo does need to upgrade there TV’s to smart TV.

Extremely easy. Location is perfect and in the middle of everything you need absolutely no stress at any and all points.

I vacation to pcb 3 times a year and this is the best resort I have stayed at thus far. Nice large condo, close to everything you need and the most beautiful views from the livingroom and master bedroom balcony.

The room was everything we wanted. We have four kids so the couch was perfect for us all to sit on and watch a movie at the end of the day. Kitchen had everything you needed and more which is huge because I love to cook. Thank you for a wonderful place.

We had a great stay and will return! Condo was clean, well stocked and looked exactly like the pictures on VRBO site. We loved the location and amenities. My husbands only complaint was wanting a bigger tv in master bedroom to watch football 😂. I highly recommend and we will be returning

Bird droppings covered the cloth patio furniture. We had to cover it with towels to sit outside. Living room furniture had dirty cushions as we as trash, liquid, sticky underneath. Don't lose the remote! Getting past these things, the property had gorgeous pools and plenty of room.

As you see in the other reviews, the condo was DISGUSTING! I swept & also bought a mop to mop the floors because they were so bad & I have a 11 month old that would be crawling around. The shower in master bathroom had mold ALL over it. The master was a decent size but room with queen bed is very deceiving, it’s very very small & as I said I brought my daughter who slept in her pack & play & left us with no room but if you look at the picture it looks decent size! The bunk bed room was even tinier & had no railing on the top bunk so scared me that my 6 year old would have rolled off. To top it off, the lock on the door is broken & very crappy. Someone could have easily broke into the room if they wanted to because how bad it was! Also, getting ahold of anyone is absolutely ridiculous & you won’t hear back for 2+ days, so if an emergency you might as well forget about it because the condo front desk can’t help because it’s not their condo. So overall I will never be staying in this condo!!!!

This condo is updated and beautifully decorated, but it is SO dirty. When we walked in we were excited, it looks just like the pictures. But, when we really started looking at it there was sand and dirt everywhere. I picked up a cushion, sand went everywhere-enough to build a sandcastle. The couch is dirty and stains all over it. There was dirt and empty water and Gatorade bottles under every bed. The shower curtain was so dirty I put up a new liner myself. The bathtub had a Very Slow drain. The balcony was terribly nasty with bird poop everywhere. I spent several hours cleaning it myself the first day so we could relax and enjoy the rest of the week. We have a two year old and there was No way I would have let her walk around barefoot or sit on the couch before I had cleaned everything. We did enjoy the resort and the beach. The elevators are fast and parking was good-over walk was nice.

Everything was as stated, very nice and comfortable condo. Plenty of space for all of our large group.

Each morning the staff are cleaning the lobby, mopping the elevators, and cleaning the restrooms. This condo itself could use some work. The floors were nasty-we all had to go buy house shoes because the bottoms of our feet were black, the showers smelled like mildew and the one in the hallway didn’t even drain while you were showering. The master is the only bedroom to unpack your clothes as the other two rooms only have the closet for hanging things. We didn’t complain about the cleanliness of our unit because based on previous comments and my own experience with the rental company it wouldn’t have mattered. I would stay at the Majestic again but not in this unit.
