Not much really.

Tram on the street running every 20min 24/7. It’s literally 5m away from bed you sleep. Host russian arrogant and non speaking English family. If I knew that they are ruZZians I would never stayed there.

Small, clean apartment. It was suitable for a short stay. Good location, free parking.

The windows of the apartment face a rather noisy street.

Well-fit apartment, lots of sleeping options (for up to 6 adults, but with kids can easily accommodate 4 adults + 4 kids). The kitchen although small is very well equipped (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric jar...). The location is Superb, you have the tram 1 min away and easily get connected to the city center. For food lovers, there's a fantastic restaurant with portuguese food 200m away, and very cheap. Easy to check in, even easier to check out, so overall a very good experience. For families with more than 2 kids, you won't probably find any better solution as most hotels would ask you to pay for 2 rooms, so price-quality for bigger families is TOP.

Just 2 points, although not affecting the experience that much: first, there was a small puncture on the shower which made it very hard to give the kids a bath without showering myself (we can live with that); second, and very important for light-sleepers -> the tram line is 6 meters away from your head when you are in bed, with just one window separating, and the tram works all night (the first night I woke every 20 min, but wife and kids didn't notice anything, so it's only relevant if you have a light sleep).

Very noisy due to proximity of traffic and tram. TV didn't function as well.

There was no toilet paper.

For a get-late-make-dinner-go-to-bed then wake-up-early-make-breakfast-and-go this place was perfect!
