Apartment was spacious and fit for our needs in a central location close to amenities. Valentino was an attentive host.

Lovely apartment. There was a problem with the smart tv. Dont think the internet connection is strong enough. Only got the tv to work on last 2 days.

Lovely little apartment can’t fault the location so close to all bars and shopping Air conditioning good as it was very hot Not giving 5 stars overall it could have done with more electric points in living space and there were non in the bedroom also nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower but had a lovely holiday

Property was perfect for us. Location, facilities, size, cleanliness, basically everything to do with the apartment was just right for us. It was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the boats and the swimming pool area was great and never crowded. If we had to choose an issue it would be the noise from the hotel next door, however this would not be a problem for others, it is just we go to bed quite early. They did turn it right down at 11.00pm, so not really an issue and it certainly would not stop us going back.

I have stayed at Valentino's apartment on three pervious occasions and I suppose that says everything about the apartment. A number of improvements have been made since I last visited, including new bathroom suite, balcony awning and furnishings. The apartment complex has a wonderful pool, with sunbeds and parasol, plus there is a supermarket and small cosy bar attached to the building. While it did not concern me the smart box for the TV was not working.

We enjoyed our stay . Apartment was clean and comfortable . There is a lovely view of the sea view. We watch the Ferries coming in and out of the harbour. This apartment is excellent value

Valentino was an excellent host. He was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a fantastic location. It is at the quiet end of the prom but within easy flat walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the centre of town. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the ferries come to and fro. The apartment had everything that was needed including a large fridge freezer and washing machine. The bed was lovely and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here, but not when we want to!! 😆

This is a lovely apartment, secure and immaculately clean, quiet and yet very close to the seafront, shops and bar/restaurants. We have been staying here every time we come on holiday and we always have a fantastic time. Many thanks to Valentino for all the helpful advice and Senora Marina for the warm welcome. We will be coming back again next time.

I have left very positive comments following my previous two visits during 2017 and 2018 and Valentino's apartment continues to be of a good standard. A number of additions and improvements have been added since last time, and while I did not spend much time watching television there are a good number of internet based programmes in english.

This is the perfect place to stay. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay, so clean and tidy.Located just a short walk to the sea and local bars. Lovely sea view from the balcony, we loved watching the ships come in and out of the port. We will be back for sure. Thank you Valentino for a wonderful month, we did not want to leave.

This is a lovely, clean, well equipped, secure apartment. It is near to the shops, bars and restaurants yet it is nice and peaceful. We have been here a few times now and will keep returning as we always have a lovely holiday when we stay in Valentino’s apartment. Many thanks for your help Valentino, we will be back next year.

This is a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It is very well furnished, the floor has been renewed and there is a great wiev from the balcony down to the sea, and on the other side into the mountains. The environment in this building feels quiet, safe and calm. The pool area is nice, with sun benches and sun umbrellas. It is not crowded, enough space for everyone. The location of the building is convinient, with lot of posibilities to walk around. There is a little problem: The care taker of the property does not speak any English at all, so all comunicationes have to go through the owner himself via E mail.

The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped ( although I initially had trouble finding some of the crockery and the kettle - a quick message to Valentino soon resolved that!). Great wifi and smart tv, clean well maintained pool and handy, friendly little bar and shop downstairs - both very reasonable on prices too. Just a couple of minutes to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants and an easy level walk along the prom into Las Americas via the tunnel. The only thing we struggled with was the keys when my daughter and her friend arrived for a few days - there is only one to access the apartment block and pool area and unless you are going out as a group this is a bit of a challenge. We were able to get an extra one cut ( with Valentino's approval) for the apartment itself (so when reception was open all was good) but this was not possible with the general key. We managed however and everything else was great. The free parking was so useful as the surrounding area gets busy thoughout the day, we hope to return later in the year.

Were just back from Tenerife after enjoying 11 nights here. The apartment is very modern and has excellent facilities.

As soon as we came into the apartment we felt at home it's so cosy and spotless everything you need, the pool was spotless and plenty of sun beds sometimes it felt like we had the pool to ourselves. There was a supermarket which had everything and quite cheap and also a nice Spanish bar which did lovely food and the drinks were cheap as well, in a very good spot close to beach and bus station and Valentino was very quick to answer any questions the only trouble I had was with the TV couldn't get the English channels to stay on but was only there for a week so wasn't all that bothered didn't want to come home and will definitely be booking again.
