Cute place, cute neighborhood, short walk to Eastern Market, short uber to monuments. Loved it!

The perfect place for my husband and I and the friends we were traveling with to tour DC for the weekend. Parking was ample, and Tony and April were great communicators. Great walking distance.

Location was perfect for a best friend's weekend. We loved being able to walk to Trader Joe's. And being able to easily Uber/Lyft to the local attractions. So many thoughtful touches - TVs in each bedroom and kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee ☕ 😋

A very nice property in a safe neighborhood. A bit far from the metro, so we walked to the tourist sites and Uber'd back at times. Within walking distance of the Capitol (~2 mi). We drove to the property and found parking on the street easy to find. Loved the area - very cosmopolitan! Would recommend over a hotel -- to get the flavor of living around D.C.

A 3 day stay to see the sights from the UK - the best apt we stayed in during our 10 day holiday - as it was clean, easy to access everything (walking, metro from airport or to get across DC and also good for UBER) and was a great price. The flat is clean, well equipped and the owners are great communicators and good hosts. Would definitely recommend if you're considering a trip to DC for the first (or second) time. Went to visit a friend. Location was good for what we needed. The Lime bikes made getting around the city easy and were always available near the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in DC. The row house was clean and met our needs. We were able to park our car on the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very comfortable, well equipped, and convenient. We stayed for 5 nights and likely will book here again when we are back in the area. Very nice stay!

My son treated me to my first DC trip for my birthday. The unit was as advertised with a few special touches (really liked the blue ceiling nightlights). The neighborhood was very tranquil, verdant with a very safe vibe. There is a district of restaurants and bars about a 15 minute walk away. There is also a subway stop there (subways are very clean and ran often). The US Capitol is about a 20 minute walk through the neighborhood. The hosts were great. Pre-trip, April answered my questions immediately. Received a text at check-in and because we had no issues, we were given space. Ran into Tony at check-out while waiting for our Lyft. He was very personable and proud of their unit … rightfully so.

The property was small, but clean. It worked well for our time in DC. We spent most days being a tourist and most meals were eaten out. Beds were comfortable after a long day of walking.

The apartment was so perfect and easily accessible to everything we needed. Public transportation was a short walk to get everywhere we went. The place was great and the host was amazing. Absolutely recommend and if we go back, would 100% stay again.

Great location to all of the monuments and museums …either a metro or Uber ride away. Close location to Eastern market and many things I wanted to see. The property is very nice and clean and parking is not bad believe it or not. Neighbors are very friendly!!

We really enjoyed our stay and we were happy with this little apartment.

Nice for the 3 of us. Coffee on porch each morning except for the cold days. Kerig with plenty of coffee. Walked about 2 blocks to neighborhood grocery. They had everything we needed to fill in around eating out. Lots of places to eat and explore on H street about 1/2 mile away. Stayed a week and explored all days and rested in the evening.

Love the location, quick walk to the metro. We had our son with us and it was rainy so we rented a car but there was always parking. Small quaint home but spacious enough for 4 of us plus a one year old!

My daughter, sister and I spent part of my daughter’s spring break in Washington DC and enjoyed staying at this apartment. Check-In, instructions, etc were easy and accurate. While I’ve never been to the Capitol Hill neighborhood before it was quiet and pleasant. We had no car but easily got around by walking, Capitol BikeShare (easy to rent, many bike stations available) or Uber. This is a well maintained apartment that I’d happily stay in again.

The location was perfect for Walking around DC and seeing all the museums and monuments. It had everything we needed for our short stay and the check in check out process was easy.

The property is within walking distance to the Eastern Market which we enjoyed visiting! The listing description was accurate and accommodated the needs of both the number of our group (3) and length of our stay. On the second floor of a brownstone on Capitol Hill, sweet comfortable apartment about a mile walk from the Capitol in a safe residential and very pretty area. Close to Lincoln Park and Eastern Market where there are restaurants and a street fair on the weekends.

My wife and I brought her mother to DC for the first time in her life. We enjoyed the property and the location. Having multiple bedrooms and a kitchen made the cut over trying to use a hotel. The steps are on the steep side, but we managed just fine. I would book this property again.

Very cozy place within walking distance of downtown DC. Very clean with plenty of room for everyone. We will book again
