We really loved this house: from the nice beds, amazing tub, in-wall speakers, games, and books for our kiddos! We also loved walking to the main strip--our 3 year old even walked the whole way and back! Monica was really easy to communicate with and the house is everything it promised to be. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

In town for a son's destination wedding, with family and guests spread throughout the town, this well appointed house provided a great location. Its central location with a short walk to downtown was great!

Monica's home was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Crested Butte, we could not be more happy with our stay here. The home is steps away from downtown CB, but still quiet at night and in the mornings. The home had everything we needed for cooking and grilling and we loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Monica was a great host and left all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We would 100% stay here again!

What an amazing property?! We loved staying here. You can tell that attention to every detail was important when considering space planning and amenities. We loved how close to town it was! Use the fans in the evening and sleep with the windows open to enjoy that fabulous mountain air!

We were BLOWN away by how beautiful and convenient this house was. It was right on Elk Ave., walking distance to everything in town and easy to access hiking trails/shuttles. The house was perfect for our group and had the most breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte. Look no further for your stay than this house!

Cozy’s Cabin is in the perfect location within walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Elk Ave. The house is so cute, and uniquely decorated. Very nice kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need. The back yard is spacious with a wonderful grill and fire pit. We very much enjoyed our stay!! 😊

Loved everything about this house. Beautiful, historic house with a wonderfully renovated interior. Nice back yard area with a great view of Mount Crested Butte. Monica was very sweet, accommodating, and quick to respond. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Cutest little house in town!

The house is amazing! Great location and updated to include everything you may possibly need. The check in and out process was extremely easy and you’re a quick 3 minute walk into town. You’re also close to the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain town if you don’t want to drive. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will definitely look to rent this spot again! You can’t go wrong!

Great place to stay and enjoy a weekend get away...honestly, we didn't want to leave, we could have stayed longer. CB is near and dear to our heart and we normally stay on the mountain, but this cabin in town was warm and welcoming. Easy walk to catch the bus to go ski and super close to the main street to walk and enjoy the food in town. We can't wait to go back and will stay here again!

Great property, rustic on the outside, modern on the inside. Very comfortable and a great place to relax. Short walk to everything CB has to offer. Our host was wonderful, communicative and helpful, from getting us setup to Helping us navigate the area. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Enjoyed being right on Elk ave!

I watched this property during its entire remodel phase! I was so intrigued with the progress and couldn't wait to stay in this home! It was so popular that it took several years before the timing of my vacations lined up with the availability of the home. Finally, we were able to stay here and it was definitely worth the wait!! What a precious home...beautiful, yet comfortable and lacking for nothing! Great location, wonderful amenities!

This is our 5th trip to Colorado and by far our favorite lodging experience! Crested Butte is our most beloved town in Colorado and coupled with this amazing cabin, we did not want to leave. We are already planning our next trip when we hope to stay for at least a month. Cleanliness is top priority for us with small children who spend much time in the floor and our expectations were exceeded. The attention given to quality, design and decor in the renovation are apparent the moment you open the front door. We suggest taking time to soak in the views from the front porch swings and the gorgeous patio out back. But rest assured, views are also plentiful from every room in the house. There’s a “secret room” for little ones and our kids had the best time hanging out in this space! Monica is responsive, accommodating and kind! We look forward to spending many more vacations in her family’s home! Finishing our snow tour odyssey to see 8 total mountain towns, this was the perfect last stop for my family to rest. Steps away from the funky charm of the main Elk Avenue it offered great walks while my family needed to rest. Also we had the pleasure of seeing the annual Mardi Gras parade right out on our street. This is a overall pleasing property that we can’t wait to come back and try in the summer.

This house truly is adorable from the outside and incredibly modern and spacious on the inside. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with white marble and large awesome gas oven. The gas fireplace made our evenings incredibly cozy. We loved that we could connect our IPhone to the speaker system and play our music throughout the house. Fantastic location next to the Visitor Center and main street of town. We walked to dinner every night and loved it. We caught the bus to skiing at the Visitor Center each day which was easy and took no time at all. We will look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Cabin. The house was perfect for us - everything was updated and clean and the location was ideal. Monica was really helpful and responsive throughout the trip as well. We would absolutely recommend!

We have stayed here numerous times - you can't beat the location, and it's probably one of the nicest, most original houses in Crested Butte. Walk 1 minute to bus stop to Mt. Crested Butte, 1 minute to town - absolutely perfect! You won't need your car.

The property was just as describe and very clean. The owners were very quick to answer any questions, and the house is right near the bus station. Will stay here again.

Great property and great location!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and there's really no better place in CB in our opinion. Easy access to the mountain (bus stop right behind the house) and even easier access to the town - right across the street! The house has everything you need for cooking in and hanging out. We will definitely stay here again.
