We love Apalachicola. We stayed a week for my husband’s birthday. Who could ask for more than to sit on the porch and watch the river. We ate fantastic seafood. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We look forward to returning.

Needed a place to accommodate 2 couples for the weekend. This place worked. One bedroom was a little small (we knew that when we booked) but had it's own bathroom. Living area was spacious , view overlooking the river was great. Easy walking distance to downtown. Will be back.

We loved our stay in Appalachicola like always. Check in process was a little frustrating. Property manager was absolute about “No early check-ins….don’t ask” policy. Hotel was nice and quiet. Elevator was broken all weekend and when you have a 3rd floor room that is not good especially with a senior citizen as part of your group. However, it is a beautiful place right on the bay with pretty close proximity to downtown.

Stay was wonderful as always. Unit was nice, and clean. Apalachicola is a wonderful small, quaint, quiet town.

Great view
this unit was on the third floor so the view of the river and marshes was great. It is in the Waterfront Hotel, so did have some visitor activity from either other rentals or the hotel itself- a little bit of a challenge if you have a rowdy neighbor or unhappy dog next door, but that's out of our control! AC worked great! Appliances and tubs may be in need of a refresh soon, but everything was clean.

Laid back feel
Good location. Room had everything we needed. Everyone was so nice. Really enjoyed ourselves .

Nice outdoor space facing the river. You can watch the boats coming in and going out.
The only issue was the Wi-Fi for some reason we could not get it to work.

Great Location, close to downtown and great bar next door. Good docking facilities.
Would definitely return here. All the comforts of home in a great little town. I will certainly consider this place again next year for our annual fishing trip.

3 blocks from dwontown/ On the river
Absolutely Gorgeous property. It was on Creek with boat docks, fishing boats going by...just perfect. Condo is beautifully decorated. My friends stayed in other cottages around town but ours was the nicest. It had a pool and a screened in porch. We really loved this place. Can't wait to come again.!

Boat Trip
WE have been going on an annual boat trip to Apalachicola for over 25 years. Staying at Water Street has always been a priority. Great place!

Excellent stay
This is a great property. Location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. The large balcony overlooking the river is a great way to start your day and end your day. Highly recommend this property.

Exactly as advertised
Everything about the stay and location was perfect. In the lead up to the trip, the property manager was very communicative and helpful. The screened balcony overlooking the river was spectacular and the unit was spacious and well accommodated. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip down to the coast.

The best part of the property was the porch. The place was dated and shop warn, given the overall cost.

Beautiful property, great location!
The condo was beautiful and very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh and welcoming upon our arrival! Kathy was wonderful to work with - she was very friendly, answered all of my questions promptly. and made booking and check-in a breeze. We rented a boat slip at the hotel, which was super convenient. We can't wait to return to this great property! I highly recommend it!

Great Get Away!
We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were perfect for my little family of four. Apalachicola is a quaint beautiful little fishing town. It was very quiet and not crowed which was great especially during this time. The food at all the local restaurants with exceptional!

Great property on the river
Beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath condo located directly on the river. Great screen in balcony for watching the boats come in and manatees popping up. Convenient boat slips available if you bring your own boat. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and relaxing!
The stay at the Waterstreet condo was wonderful, just as expected. Perfect getaway for our family and Kathy was easy and great to work with. We will definitely be back (we never wanted to leave lol!).
