La posizione

Siamo arrivati alle 12 e ancora la stanza dovevamto pulirla, avevo avvisato che sarei arrivata per quell'ora, venendo da messina con un cagnolino ed un gattino, siamo dovuti stare in macchina per ben due ore. Entrata in appartamento era ancora tutto bagnato e le impronte erano ovunque. Per non parlare dei 60 euro di tassa per gli animali quando su booking è segnato 30 euro. Il Check-in l'avevo fatto online invece appena arrivata li mi hanno detto che LA PIATTAFORMA NON FUNZIONA quindi l'abbiamo dovuto rifare lì con tutti i disagi annessi che la struttura stessa per mancanza di comunicazione e organizzazione ci ha creato. Sinceramente non so se l'anno prossimo tornerò in questo residence, anche perché è il secondo anno che venivo,l'unica nota positiva è il silenzio e gli appartamenti nuovi.

Twarde, niewygodne, skrzypiące przy najmniejszym ruchu łóżka. Bardzo brzydko pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Wszędzie mrówki, najwięcej w kuchni i łazience. Współdzielony taras z gośćmi z apartamentu obok, co nie było zaznaczone w ofercie. Pierwszą dobę mieliśmy zepsute drzwi do łazienki, tak że musiały być otwarte na oścież. Zero komfortu!!! Na szczęście następnego dnia przyszedł bardzo miły pan je naprawić. Po pierwszej nocy, bardzo chcieliśmy zmienić miejsce pobytu, gdyż w tym apartamencie nie dało się dobrze wypocząć. Przedstawiliśmy obiektowi osobiście i za pomocą Booking propozycję, że skrócimy swój pobyt i zapłacimy tylko za jedną noc i nie będziemy mieć żadnych roszczeń, jednak obiekt nie zgodził się. Poprosiliśmy o wymianę pościeli. Dostaliśmy informację, że zostanie to wykonane. Nie stało się tak. Mimo interwencji z Bookingu, pościel nie została wymieniona. W dodatku obiekt poinformował Booking, że tak się stało, co było nieprawdą. Cena zupełnie nie jest adekwatna do standardu i komfortu.

The apartments are in a great location, close to the sea (8 minutes). Beautiful style and comfortable rooms. It was nice to cook in the kitchen. Perfect internet connection. I can fully recommend it

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Debora was wonderful and recommended a fantastic excursion to Favignana. We had a truly wonderful time in San Vito!

Friendly staff, relaxed and very helpful - able to access them easily via what's app if they where not close by Asked to stay longer and was done quick and efficient Room was nice and modern Had everything you needed for stay Was able to eat and relax in outside private area to the room Not far from everything - backery, supermarket and beach Really liked videos staff sent made check in easy - would recommend sending before party arrives if they have no access to internet

Bed - uncomfortable too hard Shower drain blocked but plumbers came during the stay If these rectified would recommend 100% 👌

Good size for family of 5, great balcony, great location, nice and new!

Squeaky and hard beds.

Good location and large spaces, modern.

All the beds were really bad, the bed of the master room sounds a lot and mattresses are stiff as well as pillows.
