My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally located provide all the amenities needed while staying abroad. The neighborhood is beautiful. safe, clean and the apartment provides besutiful relaxing views. Nice cafes and restaurants are accessible by walking distance, the food in Peru is amazing. Well, this is my 2nd trip and I stayed again at this 3 bed/3bath, plus an additional guest room, fully loaded and AMAZING. What is not to love about this place besides the comfort, TV's in all rooms, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a parking space as well. Spectacular view with a balcony. Right in the prime area of Miraflores. Walking distance to any Eatery, Casino, Market or Pharmacy. I'd be happy to give you details and places to visit. Love this property and location.

Great property! Right on the border of Miaflores & Barranco. 15th Floor overlooking Parque Armendariz and the Contemporary Museum. Safe neighborhood with good restaurants in walking distance. We easily walked thru beautiful neighborhoods and along Costa Verde to Larcomar, Park of Love, Miraflores Beach. Barranco Plaza is walkable distance or a very short taxi ride. The building has a doorman and is secure. We felt safe to jog the neighborhood early AM. The unit has 2 regular bedrooms/baths and accommodated 4 adults very well. Balcony was great to sit and have coffee. Additionally, there are 2 small bedrooms (1 with separate bath) that are reasonable and we used 1 for a guest that stayed overnight. Manageable kitchen and washer/dryer was a real plus for the week's stay. Host was very nice and accessible. He came by to check if everything was ok and reset safe for our use. My girlfriend is a clean freek...and she was very satisfied with the condition of the unit and the sanitization certificate provided. The Country just reopened for tourism and there are no crowds for anything. Covid restrictions in place (public requires a double mask and some curfews)..but very manageable and small price to pay to visit with no crowds. We did a day trip to Parracas to see the Humble Penguins and Red Desert. We used "Andean Tours" to provide private car service for transportation/tours, activities outside walking distance and transport to/from airport. Fantastic service!! Wonderful stay..couldn't ask for anything more.

Love love this property. Wouldn't suggest months of April or May, due to extreme daily fog obstructing the view. Bedrooms/beds were clean and comfortable. Great Direct TV Channels. Very Charming place. Kitchen well stocked. The property manager was extremely accommodating and generous. The Living Room Sliding Door to the balcony (although on the 15th Floor) brought in debris from the vehicles, so every so often, sweeping is a must. Would stay there 1000% again. Yasmin S.

Property was nice, clean and always felt safe in the apartment and neighborhood. I left the apartment for a few days while I visited Machu Picchu and my mom stayed in the apartment alone, but never had any worries. I highly recommend walking to San Antonio bakery for breakfast and to Tottus market to fill up the fridge with local fruit and vegetables.

We enjoyed exploring it. There are too many places and restaurants that I could name, instead it is yours to discover.The people of Peru are very helpful and nice. The only thing negative are the drivers, once on the road it is everyone for themselves. Unless you are leaving the city we dont think you need a car. Let the taxi drivers do it for you, they are everywhere and affordable.We obviously recommend a stay here, It is a great value. May your travels be safe and happy!Brian and Katty

The 15th floor condo was as described plus more. The location, neighborhood, warm greetings, spacious ,comforts of home, and views were A plus. I look forward to returning. My return was after 12 years,but,will make sure it is much sooner. Thanks for sharing your place.

Great location, within 10 minute walking to LarcoMar very close to great restaurants and stores. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished; also includes secure parking. Excellent ocean view, right next to jogging and walking trails.

We had a great stay. We had a last minute cancelation of a property we were planning on staying at and Rodolfo and Maria Brandes were able to book us last minute, which was a life saver because we had no where else to stay on our trip. Everything went as well as we could of hoped for. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to work with and my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip. The apartment is in a great location and was much nicer than staying at any hotel.

I highly recommend staying at this condo!! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, Beautiful view!! The owners brother, Daniel, picks you up and drops you off at the airport, helps with luggage! He drove us to Ica to go sandsurfing. He took us there & waited while our tour was over & took us back to the condo. The location was safe, had 24 hr security guard. we were able to walk to Larcomar (local mall). We will be using this condo in future visits!!

The apartment is well located to go around Lima, with restaurants in the area and 24 hours market at the gas station just to blocks from the building. So convenient for a business trip. We defenetly come back next year!!!!

The apartment was impeccable and just as described. We had to change our arrival date on the last minute and Rodolfo and his wife were VERY accomodating. We felt right at home in the apartment!

My family and I had a great time visiting Lima this past week. My wife is originally from Lima and this was the first time we went with our 16 month old son to meet his Peruvian family. The condo views are amazing!!!!! Unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean......watch the fog roll in early in the day and check out spectacular sunsets in the evening. I was content relaxing in the condo and just staring out over the balcony. The owners were happy to provide us with a pack n play for our baby to sleep in, a highchair for us to feed him in and their brother Daniel picked us up from the airport with a baby seat in the car. The condo is very clean and in a great location to walk just about anywhere in Mira Flores or Barranco. If you are not a fan of walking, it was never difficult to flag down a taxi from the front steps of the building. We will definitely call to book this condo again for our next trip to Lima!

We had communicated with the owners both in writing and verbally prior to the booking. They had been prompt in getting back to us and answerd all our questions. We booked the property and were really glad we did it. Reasons are noted below The pictures are an accurate reflection of how the property looks. The location was fantastic -15 minutes walk to Larcomar, grocery stores and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood and building (walking around at midnight in the neighbourhood we felt completely safe). The unit was clean and had all the amenities we are used to at home. The view from the apartment was spectacular. Our teenage kids said that they could happily "live" in the apartment. This is high praise as we don't think we have heard them say that (and we have rented a number of places in our travels). To top off the rental experience was the experience we had with the owners. What wonderful human beings! They were in lima while we were there and they invited us to visit with them at their place. How many owners would go to those lengths. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat and will say that if you rent it, you will not be sorry. It is excellent value for what you pay. Thank you Rudy and Maria.

We are a retired couple. We live in LA and were fortunate enough to actually meet the owners, Rudy and Mary. Rudy's brother Daniel lives in Lima and he and his wife did an excellent job of guiding two non Spanish speaking people around. The Condo was comfortable, had an ocean view, and was within walking distance to Lacomar and cab fare from the condo to anywhere was less than $5. Perfect. we would definitely stay there again. We had the best experience in Peru, mostly due to the fact that the condo where we stayed was impeccable. It has an amazing view and great security. It's very spacious and very well taken care of. It's spacious and very clean. All the appliances were fully functioning. The security was very nice and helpful and the manager available right away if needed. Very good restaurants, malls and tourist attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

My communication with the owner was very smooth. His brother and son picked us up from the airport (for a reasonable fee) and got us set up at the apartment as well as sharing information about the area. It was perfect for the 4 of us staying there--2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, doorman to buzz us in. It was very clean. Walking distance from the Larcomar Mall and lots of restaurants. They were celebrating Independence Day at the mall and had all kinds of festivities. We got a bus tour set up at the Larcomar Mall that was perfect for our needs. Safe area, good for walking around and seeing sights including the ocean. The brother and his wife drove us back to the airport and it was very enjoyable chatting with them. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting to explore Lima.

We recently came back from our week long vacation to Lima and we loved this apartment. The location is excellent and you can't beat the view. You feel very secured knowing there is a doorman screening everyone that comes in and asks you before letting anyone up to the apartment. The owners were very pleasant and helpful during the whole stay. We arrived with two small children and they provided a pack-n-play along with a high chair. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip! Cesar V
