Great location in Avon nearby interstate. Next door to Beaver Creek and short drive to Vail. Property provides all you need for a pleasant vacation.

The description of this location was spot on! Perfect for someone recovering from surgery at the Steedman clinic, since it's on the ground floor and no stairs required. Very quiet location with the beautiful creek outside. Very comfortable & clean home. Only downside to our stay is we had to leave a night early because of a May blizzard and we couldn't miss our flight the next day. Mentioned this to the owner requesting 1 night credit, but no response. Would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay. Note bottom floor unit with no noisy neighbors. We had trouble finding the exact unit at first on google maps by address. In complex it is the western most building, the one that backs up to the river. It is the eastern most entrance in that building for the unit. Had a great time!!!

This property was very easy to access. It was exceptionally clean and inviting! It has a lovely view from the main living area that makes you feel like you are in a tree house. I highly recommend it!

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It's quite soothing to sit on the patio and listen to the water in the Eagle River.

I was in Vail getting knee surgery at the Steadman Clinic. This home was perfect for recovery. Comfy bed and couch spaces were great for icing and lounging. The house is spacious enough that my sister was able to have her own space to relax when she wasn’t helping care for me. Shower stool was very helpful and listening to/watching the Eagle River was healing. Thank you for sharing these great accommodations! Communication with owner/property management was prompt and easy. Location is close to shops and restaurants in Avon.

The location was very convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. The river view from the deck was relaxing.

Was very nice. Stuffy at night, needs a fan in each bedroom. Lovely to hear the creek and sit on the deck under the trees.

Cozy condo with well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Nice for the price. Great concert poster collection (DJ Krush live?!). Property management company was very communicative which was appreciated.

We had a great time in Avon. The condo was quiet and perfect, close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The condo had everything we needed, even a brand new crock pot. Definitely recommend!

This apartment is very comfortable for a couple with little kids (or two couples without kids). It is conveniently located at Exit 168 Avon being just a 2-minute drive away from Beaver Creek parking area (Elk Lot) and very close to the shopping area with many restaurants, ski rental places, supermarkets and even a public park (Nottingham Park) for little kids to sled. You will enjoy it!

This is our (3rd?) trip to Jackie's lovely condo in as many years. This place has been our go-to spot and we already have our next stay planned! The kids love it (they call it their "home away from home" and I can't complain about a thing. Love it!

We rented this condo for two weeks while I had back surgery in Vail. I was thankful that it was on the first floor. The condo fit most of our needs. Because I have restrictions from surgery, all of the furniture seemed lower to the ground than normal which made it difficult for me to sit on or get out of. The other thing that we are not used to is having DirectTV, as we have local cable. So found it difficult to figure out using it and ffind anything local to watch. Other that that, we found the condo to be in a great location and close to stores, and other than the items mentioned above, the condo worked great for us.

We had another lovely time at this adorable condo. Everything was immaculately clean and well stocked as usual. Jackie is as always very responsive and professional. We already have our next stay booked!

We just stayed here for our first real skiing with our 2 young kids. It was nicely and tastefully decorated and furnished but sparingly, so it was easy on the eyes. The kitchen was well stocked and we even used the blender, as most of our meals were prepared and eaten there. There was even a Playstation 3 and an acoustic guitar for some extra entertainment. We skied our hearts out during the day and at night had a low key meal, hot baths and maybe some videos. The bedrooms are happily situated down the hall and away from the living room so any sleepers remain mostly undisturbed from moderate TV volume. There were 2 full bathrooms which were also very convenient. The babbling Eagle River was absolutely gorgeous outside of the window. Because of the temperature outside we only opened the screen door to listen in occasionally, but it was also a welcome view. The place itself is was very private and we seldom heard the other upper floor residents. Being on the ground floor was ideal for us so we could lug kids and groceries in and out easily without having to contend with stairs. The location was amazing, right at Beaver Creek and 10-ish minutes from Vail. We did a lot of dropping off for skiers who wanted to ski a little more after the rest of us were pooped. There is also a very lovely park and field at Nottingham Lake with an excellent play ground for the kiddies. Jackie has been promt, courteous, and professional each time we have contacted her. She also seems to have very good taste in music because she has a lot of great silk screen rock posters adorning her walls. Will definitely come back again!

good location, too bad Beaver Creek is now charging for parking. It will be perfect once Avon extends the free transit to Hwy 6. Nice amenities in the condo except for two things: we had a lot of trouble with the door lock and mostly we had to use the manual key. Maybe that needs a replacement or upgrade? I did a fair amount of cooking and it would have been nice to have a microwaveable dish with a lid. Otherwise thanks very much for a good time!

We appreciated the location, close to our son's condo, overlooking the river. The rental was roomy and very clean; the kitchen had necessary equipment, and the mattress on the bed was comfortable. The manager communicated in a timely, clear manner.

Have rented other places in the area and this is by far my favorite. The location, setup and overall feel of this place can't be beat. Truly felt like a guest rather then just renting a place full of someone else's stuff. This is definitely my home-away-from-home! Owner and caretaker are responsive and easy to work with. Cheers!!

The property is exactly as seen in the photos. You could tell that many updates had been done recently. The beds were awesome. Maybe the best part was the constant hum of the Eagle River flowing just outside the apartment. It was very clean and the town of Avon has everything you could need.

This place was nice, as pictured. Location was convenient for skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail, and the complex was quiet. Nice views of the river off the balcony. Definitely would stay again!
