The house is Beautiful, the location is awesome, and the house is ready to Rock and Roll from the minute you arrive. The house is very well stocked from the kitchen which has all the dishes, tools and utensils you'll need, to the Bedrooms complete with made beds, extra linens & towels, plus the garage is stuffed with all the extra supplies to make a vacation great....bikes a plenty, beach stuff, strollers, Etc. You can't go wrong renting Big Red!! jb

House was wonderful....plenty of room, so noone was tripping over the others...house was very well equipped (could use a pantry)...everyone enjoyed staying here.

Our family had a fantastic week in Monica’s beautiful home! Everything is absolutely as it shows in the photos! The home had plenty of room for our family of 14, decorated so beautifully, with anything you needed for a relaxing vacation. The house was very clean and well stocked with plush towels and a fabulous kitchen for cooking! We loved all the bikes, chairs and beach equipment in the garage, the neighborhood is perfect for bike riding! We truly enjoyed all the outdoor space this home has to offer with incredible views out the back! Bayside is a beautiful development, only a few miles from Fenwick State Park! If you plan to spend a day at the beach go early, the parking fills up fast! Thank you Monica for sharing your beautiful home, we truly enjoyed everything! We look forward to another visit!

Beautiful, newer property at the Point in Bayside. This is a really wonderful rental with great amenities. The owner is extremely communicative and helpful with any needs. She kindly allowed us to push our rental through to the 2021 season due to COVID, which was very much appreciated. We have never had a rental as well-equipped as this one. Highly recommend that you consider this property for your summer getaway.

I can't say enough about Monica and her property. The house was simply amazing with plenty of space for large families or for a bunch of friends. It was just so relaxing not having to deal with all the normal things you have to in other rental properties. As to Monica, she was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend renting either one of Monica's properties.

Perfect as advertised! Bayside is a great destination for golf, pool and the beach.

House was big enough to hang together in the common areas or find some quiet space for alone time. The views from the back decks were beautiful.

This property not only met our expectations---it exceeded them and delighted us even further! There was no detail left unattended, and it is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our family Thanksgiving. The Bayside property lives up to its reputation with a kind staff and gorgeous clubhouse, amenities and overall landscape. Even in the midst of limitations and shut downs, we had plenty to do and explore onsite. Monica was extremely attentive to my questions and provided an extensive guide to make our stay seamless. I cannot say enough good things about the property, the owner and the overall experience. We look forward to returning in the warmer months for sure! Thank you so so much Monica. We really needed a break and Big Red was absolute perfection!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. We were a party of 13 and were able to fit comfortably. Monica was very accommodating, helpful, and provided great hospitality. Highly recommend this home!!

House and community were great! We had 7 kids ages 4-15 and 6 adults. and it was such great space for us. The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms so we could spread out. 2 washer/dryers was key! Also- absolutely loved having all of the bikes (10-12!!) boogie boards and beach chairs to use!

Plenty of room in the beautiful house with games, bikes and more. Two laundry rooms are a blessing. Community activities include SUP, kayaks, pool, tennis, golf. Safe place for older kids to bike. Highly recommend

We stayed here for our family vacation and everyone was so impressed with the property. Monica was a pleasure to work with. The house has so many amenities including a well stocked kitchen to cook a gourmet meal, plenty of bikes for use, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There was so much room in the house that it didn't feel crowded at all with all of us being in under one roof. The community has so many things to do like going to the lake to kayak, many pools, and a fitness center. My family cherished the memories made on this vacation. We were 17 people staying in this house, 10 adults & 7 16 year old girls. This was the perfect place for us. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more. There were plenty of fresh clean towels & the beds were very comfy. The elevator made it very nice to get everything that was needed to go to the 2nd & 3rd floors. Having the extra wine fridge was a bonus as well. The views in the evening were spectacular. This is a 5 star home for sure. Monica did a wonderful job and she was always there to help if I needed her.

Friends of ours have been raving about their great vacations in Bayside for the last few years so we finally decided to try it. We rented the red house for our extended family party of 13 and it was perfect for us. Always great to be with family and try a new location. There is an extra charge to use the community amenities but we felt the cost was reasonable for the amount of activities it included. The children enjoyed crabbing down at the Point (catch and release) and riding the Jolly Trolley through the community. The adults enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in porch while doing the metal brain puzzles. Monica seems to have thought of everything. There were plenty of bikes and helmets, beach chairs, and games for the kids. Monica keeps the house impeccable and beautiful, but it's also relaxing and comfy. The house backs up to the golf course and has very nice views - we had great sunsets and many sightings of geese & goslings, as well as deers & fawns. My son now wants to bring his golf group there for the fall. We really enjoyed our stay in Bayside and the red house and would definitely come back again in the future!

This was our second time renting from Monica, after having stayed in the other red house last year, and we really loved both properties. Our favorite part about this house was the large outside deck where the whole family was able to eat and enjoy the wonderful views! We especially enjoyed watching the ducks play in the pond behind the house with their ducklings. My husband commented on the choice of paint colors as it really gave the house a "beachy" feel and he's not one to pay attention to those kind of things. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for the kids to have their own space. It will be hard to decide which house to stay in next year!
