None eaten Your site said breakfast from 06.30 am. But it was no available until 7. Which was too late for me

I asked for a kettle in my room. Which was provided but did not work. The coffee machine had been taken out and there were no cups or anything else provided

Der Hohenzollernring ist eine Club- und Partymeile und am WE ist immer was los (haben wir uns von einem Kölner erzählen lassen), So auch dieses WE, Polizei, Krankenwagen, Blaulichter, Sirenen sind gut zu hören, obwohl die Fenster 2-fach verglast sind. Leider kein Kühlschrank, keine Minibar. Das empfanden wir als Minuspunkt; es wäre genügend Platz im Zimmer. Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, der Kaffee war leider (nicht nur 1x) ungenießbar, mit sehr viel Kaffeesatz, auch die neu gebrachte Kanne, schade. Die Eier gepuhlt und halbiert, das kennen wir so nicht und für uns unhygienisch, da nicht abgedeckt, aber vllt sind wir zu empfindlich. Die Reception und auch die "Frühstücks"-Dame freundlich, zu anderen Personen hatte wir keinen Kontakt.

This hotel was only interested about the money and didn't take into account the new Covid-19 law released by the German government two days before our arrival.

Have been here multiple times. Our go to hotel in cologne because of good location, near nightlife. Good, comfortable beds. Blackout curtains.

The room was clean, spacious and had every amenity we expected. As we were only staying for one night we couldn't discover the whole hotel, but if I'm ever back in Cologne, this is where I will stay. Great location, great staff, great rooms.

In this hotel you fine everything you need, Staff super kind, i lost my glasses in a taxi and They helped me to call the taxi company and make sure they find them. The morning after the taxi driver bring me my glasses at the hotel. Hotel very clean and comfotable room.

Room was excellent, the hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble

Everything was as expected, so we could not find fault with anything.

location is good

I was stay 4 night but I can’t sleep well because I feel like it’s a haunted house, room image is not like shown in booking.com, it’s very very old furniture.
