Schönes Zimmer, sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet, Sauna & Dampfbad, Leih-E-Bikes, super herzliche Empfangs-Steffi

Bekamen einen unangenehmen Tisch im Restaurant, direkt auf dem Kinderspielplatz beim Pizzaofen. Als Hotelgast wünsche ich mir die Garantie eines guten Tisches fürs Abendessen. Die Service-Kompetenzen sind zum Teil verbesserungswürdig - Teller & Brotkorb werden abgeräumt während man noch am Essen ist oder dann bleibt alles ewig stehen und man muss dem Personal nachrennen, um wieder beachtet zu werden. Verglichen zu anderen Hotels haben wir uns nicht so willkommen und wertgeschätzt wie an anderen Orten - zB mit Aussagen wie „vielleicht bis zu einem anderen Mal“. Aber das ist evt die Südtiroler Art?

La posizione bella perchè isolata ma fin troppo , la strada per arrivarci soprattutto di sera non bella e completamente al buio ! La camera ottima , finemente arredata e pulitissima . ll letto un pò troppo duro ...consiglierei un topper in Memory che ti fa sentire più calda e avvolta . Colazione e personale al TOP !

Room was a bit cramped. No aircon so had to sleep w window open.

Highlight of the trip - the hospitality here is incredible - so thoughtful and personal. This was such a better experience versus everywhere else I stayed. If you want quaint and beautiful, this is the absolute peak. I wish I stayed here more than 2 nights. Breakfast, the rooftop tub, the ebikes, the dark curtains, the easy access to the market across the dress, the view from the roof, the access to the hiking by a short car drive - incredible. I will be back!

The breakfast was incredible. Literally over 100 items to choose from. Completely over the top. Never seen anything like it. The rooftop whirlpool and deck was perfect for picture taking. On a hot summer day the pool temperature was was just right, not too hot.

We visited during a heat wave, and the rooms have no AC, and the regular room (without balcony) was unbearably hot with no cross-draft. Our room might have been above the kitchen contributing to the heat. Leaving the windows wide-open eventually cooled it down in the late evening, but that brought in street noise & conversations until 1am and bright morning sun at 5am, so we needed earplugs and eyeshades to get sleep. Possibly the balcony rooms on higher floors were OK.
