Everything. This place is my worst experience with booking, ever! In a word, this is a scam, do not stay here. I paid 846€ for 4 nights and I feel robbed. We were supposed to have an appartement with a nice terrace as reflected in the pictures of Cristal Blu property and it was not the case. We ended up with a tiny disgusting balcony with a noisy street view. No separations with neighbors, and constantly in the sun… We were not able to eat on this balcony once or even just to just have a coffee because of the heat. When we arrived I kindly asked the staff to change appartement because it was not what I paid for, and they refused… well, they accepted but told me that I would have to pay for the cleaning fees (70€) once again while I already paid them. A shame! I of course refused. When I showed the pictures of the appartement we got to the manager to compare them with those they put on bookings she had the nerves to tell me “mam, of course I am not gonna put those pictures on booking, otherwise nobody will come!” Whaa… By the way I wonder what the cleaning fees are for when nobody came even once to do some cleanings, and when we have to take care of the garbages ourselves… + The wifi does not exists, the walls are thin as hell so the place is really noisy, I don’t even talk about the noise coming from the street. No plug in the kitchen, I had to unplug the TV to make some coffee, no towels, no parking, no staff to help you during the day, outrageous check-in and check-out scheduling times. Oh yes, the swimming pool have strict opening hours. Please think twice before booking here, it is so not worth the money you will put in. Once again it is the baddest experience I had while travelling with booking and I traveled a LOT.

Our apartment had a lovely terrace, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The staff was kind and helpful. Good location, within walking distance from the center and Rena Bianca beach.

There was no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay. No towels were provided. They needed to be rented!! Toilet paper was also at a charge after initial supply! Street was very noisy, therefore, balcony was unusable

Location was perfect for us. Halfway between the port and the town so easy access to both.

Some rooms can accommodate four or five people and the walls have little noise insulation. The room next to us had four young men. They were very noisy. Either drinking in the room or coming back late at night. Last night one vomited down the stairs. A smelly and slippy leaving present for us in the morning. Think youth hostel rather than hotel when booking.

Really lovely and simple accommodation. Good value, love staff and good location.

Pool is not heated, but very clean.

Localisation best of the best. Nice big tarrace. A lot of place to park on the street (for free), nice swimming pool.

The fridge during the night was working very loudly.

Early check-in was no issue, much appreciated. The pool was really nice! Room was good, enough space for family of 4. Both bed and sleeping bench were very good!

The room had an unpleasant smell. Additional fees are not made clear when booking. Have to pay for tourist tax. Which I haven’t had to pay for at any other hotel. Cleaning fee of €20 per day but they don’t do your bins/recycling which you have to do yourself. Staff was late for check in and showed up carrying bottles of champagne with no apology. Check in times are very bad and the number you get for contact outside those hours didn’t pick up our calls.

The staff was nice and was always ready to help. We also always found a parking places near the apartment.

- There was a problem with internet what took two days, but after it was successfully restored. - We got not the same apartment we ordered and asked to change it if possible. After two days we moved into another apartment what we really appreciated.

Loved the pool, the walkable location (to restaurants, supermarket, port for boat trips and beach). Charming town. Extremely helpful staff. Useful to have the kitchen to cook occasionally. Huge balcony with our room.

WiFi sometimes dropped but this may have been a wider issue in the town
