The hotel is very well located, in the historic center of Loreto. The Structure fulfills all that it promises: clean room, with air conditioning and overlooking the square.

No facilities at all...no heating system at all.breakfast was included in the rent but there was no breakfast... No car parking area and yes the guy charged me alot of money

The Hotel is in the very central square of Loreto, just in front of the main gate to the ancient city, and at 2 steps from the bus stops to visit the surrounding cities or go to the beach. As we needed some extra time for working and leaving our luggage after check out time, the owner nicely moved us to an apartment room, where we could have some more time flexibility.

We had problems with wifi all along our stay, which basically never worked despite different attempts by the owner to change password, network, etc. The apartment had a common kitchen where we felt that adding some 'extra' accessories (a coffee machine or a kettle, as well as some cutlery) would have improved the comfort of our stay.
