We absolutely loved this home! First, it was SPOTLESS, and beautifully decorated. This home was very well appointed with everything we needed to relax, make meals and enjoy time together. Also, it’s a short bike ride to the beach! Can’t recommend this house enough!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped, everything from a blender to corn hole to play in the beautiful back yard. Our only complaint is the AC (or lack there of). There is only one AC in the living room and despite leaving it on all day and night, the bedrooms never cooled off. We were there during a very hot week and the owner kindly brought us a fan and offered to buy more. Everything else about this house is wonderful. If they would add AC to the bedrooms, I'd give it10 stars!

Great patio—firepit, dining space, and a wonderful outdoor shower. Beautiful dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The only items that would’ve made our stay even better would have been a lobster pot and an air conditioning unit in either bedroom. It was warm at night sleeping.

Generously appointed and very well-stocked. Convenient location. Immaculately clean. Newish construction , nice and plentiful housewares, appliances, etc. Nicely landscaped. Small house, comfortably laid out. Suggestions: Bedside lamp for reading in MBR. Some chips on coffee mugs, an apron for cooking. Five Stars!

The owners spent a good amount of money in designing, stocking and landscaping the seaside-ish property. It looks lovely. It’s not perfect. Consistent with VRBO rules, we paid nearly $6,000 in advance for two weeks before high season. Turns out, that was one week too long for us. You do not meet the host. A request for paper napkins was greeted with a “we don’t provide those.” There were not cloth napkins. It’s reasonable to expect that the host, in the interest of goodwill, would happily spend $3 for 100 paper napkins. Oh, well, we knew not to make any more requests. Compared to other nearby rentals, this property seems overpriced. Perhaps that’s why many dates remain available. I can only hope the host is interested in honest customer feedback, which is key to running a successful business. I hesitated to write even this much. Our goal is to be helpful. This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is lovely & clean!! It’s a great house. We hope to rent it again in the future. The owners/hosts ( Jodi & Mike) are great & easy to work with! They make the process extremely pleasant. I grew up in South Tiverton & have always loved Little Compton. To me it’s like coming home.

This was an amazing house. Very nicely redone and comfortable. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Extra points for the awesome backyard, fire pit, and outdoor shower. We would totally stay here again, thank you for having us.

From the outside to the inside this beautiful property exceeded our expectations. So bright and filled with natural light, impeccably clean and cozy. Equipped with all the amenities a Family might need and only a 35 minute scenic walk to South Shore Beach. A few minutes away from The Historic District, Gray's ice cream, and some great roadside stands.

My family & I had a wonderful week at this vacation home in LC. It is perfectly appointed with everything you need - the home is very comfortable, great kitchen & we really enjoyed the patio & fire pit area. Always appreciate an outdoor shower! The split AC was very welcomed as the temps in first half of week were quite warm & humid. We loved our time in LC, spending time at South Shore, Tiverton Four Corners, the Boathouse & visits to family in area. Highly recommend !

We loved our stay in Little Compton. The town is absolutely beautiful with a lot to do. But mostly we loved this house. It is gorgeous, clean, large, and very comfortable. We can't wait to return.

The house was impeccably updated and tastefully decorated which made us feel right at home. My son loved the bunk beds. And the outdoor loving space was top notch.

Jodi was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions we had quickly. Adorable home with a lot of attention to detail. Great kitchen to cook meals in. Incredibly inviting home!!! Loved the back yard area too. We rode our bikes & walked just about every day. Nice quiet location.

This place was so cute and had so many great amenities between the grill, fire pit, huge kitchen, and more. It was a great stay close to so many farm stands and South Shore beach. Would definitely come again!

Very clean, updated and comfortable. Great location near The Commons and the beach.

The property was comfortable, clean, and inviting. It had many amenities, and the attention to detail was wonderful. The location was great. Owner did not disclose, prior to arrival, that someone would be on the property using garage during the week, however it did not present a problem.

We booked at the last minute and the process was smooth for a quick getaway. Little Compton is a nice getaway, friendly folks its both rural and with a nice beach. The house is fantastic and communication with the owners was on point.

The house was exactly what we needed. After 6 months in our NYC apartment, we were in need of a retreat. At this house we were able to distance (for COVID safety) with little effort. Maybe spoke to 5 people during the entire week. Swam 7 days out of 8 at beautiful beach. Biked the beautiful country roads. Hit the farmer's markets and cooked every meal we ate. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The huge shower was great after a day at the beach. The wifi was strong so working remotely was no problem. If we still had little kids, the bunk beds would have been a great addition and the wonderful tree in the backyard would have provided kids with an outdoor "room". Just right.

We had such a fabulous two week vacation at Jodi and Mike's. The house was new, clean, and perfect for our family if three. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach and so relaxing to just grill and hang in the backyard. They have the kitchen fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking and were great hosts. They also have plenty of beach chairs and towels to use We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with everything you could need at your fingertips. This home provided a fully functioning gorgeous kitchen, all linens provided, along with a washer/dryer to create an easy and truly relaxing vacation. The beach was perfect and the area had great restaurants/coffee houses. Our family of 5 felt very much at home. We will definitely be returning!

Great spot

Our family (2 adults, 3 yr old and 3 week old) stayed here for 8 days in June and we had the best time. The house was spotless, brand new everything and beautiful property overall. There were awesome little touches like coffee (kcups), beach chairs, beach toys and corn hole. The location was very close to an adorable general store and only about 12 mins from a grocery store. 3 minute drive to South Shore Beach. Being on the property, you could hear the birds chirping and almost hear a pin drop.. it was SUCH a relaxing week. We'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again!

The cottage is very welcoming and cozy. We were very comfortable there, and Jodi and Mike are perfect hosts and they really did think of everything their guests could want or need. We truly enjoyed our family weekend together. Autumn is the perfect time in Little Compton--garden centers, pumpkin and apple picking, and antiquing are all nearby. We loved it!
