We loved the layout and location of the condo! Perfect for multi-families! Great check in process! However, the condo needed better cleaning and the microwave didn’t work from day 1. We called management about a beeping smoke detector and the microwave. He fixed the smoke detector and said he would return to bring another microwave but we never heard from them again.

We had a great experience. The house was just the right size for us. However, a phone message regarding the microwave was never returned, so we did not have a microwave the whole week

This was a perfect spot for our family. Lots of beds/bedrooms allowed for private spaces, and open living area for hanging out together. Stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as shown and promised. Our family had a wonderful time in the snow and hot tub time. The kids loved the array of board games and found a couple of new ones that are now their favorites!

All the comforts of home- this condo was absolutely amazing. Each bed was very comfortable and the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and accommodating for a party of 9. The location couldn’t be beat- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and shuttle. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved our stay and the amazing views and hot tub. The owner and property manager were very friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough positive things about our time here.

Rented property for a family of 10 for a weekend wedding. Location was perfect for the wedding venue, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Property was in terrific shape, comfortable, and clean. View off the balcony was spectacular. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, spacious 3 BR worked well for our 3 couple late-summer vacation. Served as a great base of operations for some truly beautiful day hikes. Hot tub and grill made the end of long days on the trail especially enjoyable

The most necessary things (toilets, bedding) were clean. However, everything was dusty (blinds, coffee tables, fans, shelves, etc.). The grout in each bathroom was dirty (but the tubs were clean luckily). The windows overlooking the pond and mountains were so dirty you couldn’t see the sunrise very well in the morning due to bright sun. I never heard from the property management company to ask how stay was. I expected it to be cleaner for how much we paid and for the substantial cleaning fee we also have to pay. Positives: location is great! Beds were comfortable! Close to shops, restaurants, etc. there was a lot of space in the unit. It was nice to have access to the garage as well.

The condo is is located perfectly. There is a market, multiple restaurants, and a shuttle stop all within less than a five minute walk. There was plenty of living space for eight of us to be comfortable without feeling like we were on top of each other. My only concern was the gas fireplace was working intermittently and my text concerning that was never answered/addressed. Prior to that communication was met with quick responses.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. The location is awesome for foot or shuttle travel all over the area. Plenty of room with comfortable beds, couch, chairs, etc. Loved it! Private hot tub! Definitely would recommend and we will revisit.

We loved our stay here at this condo. We had 2 families and it was plenty enough room for everyone to stretch out. The place was clean but not thoroughly inspected as I found a few pieces of hair in our bed and in the tile in the bathroom tile. I always clean with my own cleaning products before settling in anywhere so it didn’t bother me to see a few things out of place because no one cleans like I do which is understandable. Would definitely book again bc this spot is perfect location in Winter Park and the condo has all of the amenities you’d need.

This rental is an amazing space that worked absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Loved the lay out, easy walk to anything in Winter Park, and great views. Only down side was trying to get ahold of rental company. We called and emailed and they NEVER got back to us. Other than that, everything was great.

It took them about an hour to call me back and another half hour to come out to the house to try to fix them. The maintenance guy was there for about a half hour and couldn't figure out what was going on so he detached all of the smoke detectors and took them with him. We figured he would return them later that day or the next day but he never called or came back to put them back. The last day we were starting to get packed up to leave (around 9:15am) and a car alarm outside set off all of the detectors/alarms in the house. I called the property manager immediately to see what was going on but did not receive a call until after 11 am when check out was at 10 am. (so we were already long gone). When you call the property manager for any questions/concerns it sends you to an automated voicemail and then they call you back. Not very efficient or effective. Other than those 2 issues, the location of the house is great for walking into town and around Winter Park and the stay in the house was nice. The house was also clean upon arrival.

This condo is in a fantastic location and is very well equipped with anything your family would need. Very clean and spacious. I would recommend to any family looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Winter Park!

House is easy to find and a great location on the bus route to the resort. The house is 4 floors and every family get like they had their own space. Needed with 6 kids under 4 years old. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make dinner. Hot tub and some bathrooms could have been cleaner, but over all the house was great value.

Our family stayed in this property two years ago and were happy to return for our ski vacation. Really nice washer & dryer update and great Rachael Ray cookware made meal prep a breeze. Easy check-in process and cozy home. Would come back again!

Perfect location and size for 5 adults and 6 kids! We never got the garage door to open from the key pad, but we used the push button by the door into the house so it wasn’t a big problem. We only had 2 dish towels for the kitchen and no dish cloths. Both of these were minor and we would definitely come back. For folks from Arkansas who very rarely see snow, we picked the perfect weekend!!! It was a fantastic week!!!

The location was perfect, close to everything. Short drive to skiing and the Fraser Tubing Hill. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids enjoyed the board games that were provided. Would love to go back and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well equipped with everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub. When we had an issue with the heat, the property manager acted quickly, was very friendly and resolved the issue for us. I would recommend to families traveling together and would stay there again. Also, a ton of board games for all ages!

The location is great and the place is very nice. There are enough beds to sleep at least 12 people. It was very convenient to be walking distance from a good market, bus stops, and restaurants. The only issue was that the entry code did not work on the front door. And when I called the phone number to inquire about this, nobody answers the phone.

This place was great! Lots of sleeping options for a big group of people. Close to the town. The view was amazing!! Tons of game options, we loved playing Uno. GREAT distance for a wedding at The Headwaters Center.

We were extremely unhappy with filthy ness of the condo. Arrived and stayed up until midnight washing linen and towels and cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. I have pictures to document it. We came for my daughters wedding and after seeing other places friends and family stayed at that were much cleaner and better priced. I am asking for the cleaning fee and a portion of our the rent money to be returned to us. I cannot emphasize how dirty the place was. I also spoke with someone at the number we were told to call if anything was needed, and he said it appears it wasn’t scheduled to be cleaned.. I will take this as far as I can. To be reimbursed. This property is beautiful! Mornings and evenings on the deck listening to the river flow in the distance. Relaxing! Nicely decorated condo and every amenity that you could need! We attended a wedding at the Headwaters Event Center which is approximately 75 yards away! Two really good restaurants literally across the parking lot. Stay here with confidence!

This beautiful big home was clean, well equipped with anything we needed, and it was in a great location. It was a wonderful place to host our families for a nice long weekend. This property was a real gem. We all loved it.

This was our first condo stay with our large family. The house was very clean when we arrived and in a great location. A small pond is right outside the back door that our little one enjoyed skipping rocks in. We visited Estes Park, the Rocky Mountain National Park, and Colorado Springs during our stay and all were about two and a half hours away. We also bought a day pass at the local YMCA that the whole family really enjoyed. The only issue that we had was that two of the televisions, one in the upstairs bedroom and one in the middle floor bedroom would not connect to the cable. We contacted the management company about the issue on the first day and it was not fixed before we left. Not a huge deal to us, but just something to check on before booking. Overall it was a great experience.

This is a wonderful property. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel at home. There is nothing they have forgotten to include. We will definitely rent this property again!
