Nothing ever worked

Nothing place is a total roach infested dump

No hot water, working bathroom, broken furniture in every room, no working AC, VOMIT on the sidewalks that never gets cleaned. Staff is totally ignorant acts like nothing is wrong was even told us the non working toilets and roaches were no reason to worry the health department needs to shut this place down

They gave someone else my room and never got my money back

Close to Target, Cub foods, and fast food restaurants.

Room was dirty. Bed spread had burn holes and black ink spots. Curtains were ripped and had huge holes. No microwave, no coffee maker, no desk chair. Not enough towels in jacuzzi room. No toiletries in bathroom. Had to wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant. Cleaned and disinfected the hot tub and bathtub and sinks. Door had large gap that left us exposed to whom ever walked by. Had to pay a $100.00 deposit for a crappy room that I had already paid $203.00 for 2 days. Was supposed to have a hot breakfast. No chance! Toast cereal and yogurt. Not good! I have to wait 2 to 3 business days to have my $100.00 deposit returned to my account. Unacceptable! I do not recommend staying here. Every review I have seen has been 2 stars or less! I give it less than 0.

The hot tub was good and they were friendly

The room wasn't cleaned right it didn't have cups or a fridge or microwave. The sheets were used light bulbs were gone from lights

My 2 bedroom hot tub suite

Not a full kitchen and pool is still closed

Every major appliance needed to be replaced or repaired during our stay. (Air Conditioner and Refrigerator had to be replaced. The microwave needed the plate replaced.) The toilet leaked and there were bugs coming from the door frame and from behind the mirror in the bathroom. The fixtures in the tub were pulled from the wall and the sink was cracked. The TV channel selector didn't work properly and once a replacement was received we found that there weren't many channels that came in properly especially the local stations. No smoking was allowed which we appreciated however our room was just down the corridor from where the staff worked and the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong coming from that room.

Dirty, smelled like garbage and pot smoke. Piles of trash in the hallway. I checked in, got my room key, went to my room, turned around went to the front desk and returned the key and left. Never been in such a seedy shithole before

The price and the size of my room

The whole place was dingy. The ac in my room didn't work. 2 LG tvs but had a single Panasonic remote.

Dirty, bugs in room, all outside doors broken, so the security didn't work.

The spa tub

The front dest the dirty rooms the rooms missing things in it and the fact that when I returned in the evening my hotel door was wide open with my stuff In There and the mold in the fridge I paid a lot of money for 2 days and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life ata hotel and the fact that they did nothing to fix it was not ok at all it took till 3 am to even get a clean room and that had black mold in the fridge

Older outdated facility, our room had the strongest odor of cat urine. Uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. Oops wrong collum.

AC didnt work in either room i was in, rooms are dirty, shower curtains are falling off the wall, toilet seats are in poor shape, hallways are hot and have trash in them. Building should be condemned and owner jailed.

I really appreciate the staff, especially the Manager she is 100% Reliable. She is friendly, helpful, positive, and whipping her team into shape.

The only downside is there is no elevator. Other than that, the coffee was hot, the sitting room has a fireplace, the Artwork is beautiful, and the Evening Staff obviously working hard and can't tend to everyone, but the service and help I got was much appreciated.
