A friendly budget hotel with a nice courtyard and garden. It's very clean.

Nothing to dislike.

This is not really a hotel - more a pension. Only a few of the rooms have an en suite bathroom and toilet. There are no meals but shared basic self catering facilities are provided. However there is no cooker.

The location was good at the right spot of my working place.

The Washroom was not working during my stay but I think it is fine now. We had to use different washroom at first floor.

Despite signs some young customers yell rather than speak when they come back from their bar-crawling night out on Saint-Pierre beach front. The staff doesn’t stress the no-noise rule to their younger patrons and that’s too bad because it kinda ruins the otherwise great Papa Daya’s assets.

Air-conditioning works well , the windows had mosquito nets , the garden is really nice to chill. It's a good value for the price. The location is very good. I'd recommend for a stay up to 2 days. For anything above that you should insist on fresh towels and cleaning service every 2nd day when you check in with the reception.

On a 5 days stay , the room and bathroom were never cleaned. No fresh towels during the 5 days stay. In the end , the floor got so dirty that it was impossible to walk without flip flops in the room. The shared kitchen is not suitable for real cooking (only microwave)
