Hasta ahora no he tenido ninguna respuesta de esto q sucedió, no sé a quién acudir!

worms in the bed, the bin was full to the top from the previous guests, everything was practically broken, the AC did not work so it was extremly hot, on top of that it absolutly stunk - the smell was so bad! do not stay here!

Property is good , location is good, also clean but owner talks very rude , he asked Check out 11, we asked 11.30 he gave us time till 11.30 . 11.10 cleaner knocked door . We didn’t open and ask 10min extra after that owner started call and shout to charge for me 1500€ if me immediately open the door ……. Honestly everything is ok but rude service changed mood when we left

The location is great
when we arrived there was only 1 towel each to use.
We are 3 girls who need to wash our hair so need at least 2 towels each & a towel for the kitchen & bathroom. There was one toilet roll for 6 days & NO coat hangers to hang any of our dresses up. The Wifi password wouldn’t work & every night when we went in the shower the owner of the restaurant below came knocking on the door to say the shower was leaking into his restaurant. When we tried to contact the owner he ignored our messages. There was no tea, coffee or sugar in the apartment which we would consider basics. On the day of check out we had overlaid & the owner came knocking at the door & shouted at us to get out or he would charge us! we tried to explain the issues we had experienced & that we had tried to message him several times & he was just shouting & being rude to us!
The apartment is also advertised as a one bedroom apartment but there is no separate bedroom, it is a studio so is very misleading!
There was also water leaking from somewhere under the sofa that we had to mop up daily.

Amazing location and modern apartment. No faults except with the check in process. Really good value for the area! Would recommend if the issue of check in was resolved.
More organizations needed to make the process seamless. Had to chase the owner for the key code to the lock box. Several phone calls, one where he answered and I gave my name, and other detail to which he said he didn’t understand and hung up. This obviously panicked us, however after another attempt we got in.

great location, very close to lots of restaurants, shops and the port. the apartment was very clean. we enjoyed having a kitchen and large television.
the bed was a little too soft and we weren’t left with enough hand soap or toilet paper

Property has great potential as it’s in a wonderful location! So close to everything!
Had a horrendous stay in this apartment in st tropez. Air con not working which turned what could have been an amazing stay into a stay from hell! None of us could sleep. Had to resort to using frozen bottles of water to press on our bodies to cool down! Messaged the Host at 4 am to ensure that our 2nd night would not be the same and nothing was done. Host messaged late that evening to take out batteries from back of remote and reinsert them! But this did not work.
Additionally the door does not work/slide in bathroom so you can view the toilet from the kitchen. Fridge door also broken. Have never written a bad review but the lack of air conditioning was hell and wouldn’t want another family making the same mistake. Avoid at all costs! The property has wonderful potential if this was rectified.

the building smelled really bad, a lot of mosquitos, really bad communication with the owner, check in only available one hour latter (15:30), they left the bed sheets (that by the way didn’t fit the bed, so we slept on the mattress) fold so we had to make it. worst place ever

The location is good. Perfect for our needs. Liked the apartment has iron. Was easy to access as per the instructions of the host.

absolutely nothing. the apartment was filthy , the ac was broken even though it was scorching hot. none of us even slept because we had to have the window open and it was swealteringly hot and extremely loud. we had a six year old with us who was very uncomfortable all night. also the bedsheets were covered in dirt. the apartment was like it was never cleaned after the last people. absolutely disgusted and demand a refund

I hate this place. Nothing works. I complained immediately but there was no one available for any of my 3 days stay.
It should be removed form your listings. The AC didn't work. The cooker didn't work. The wifi didn't work. The tv doesn't work either.
It is a hell hole any not fit for guests, or anyone else.
All the broken things I've already listed. I really needed AC. No cooker was disappointing. No TV was poor. No WiFi was also a problem.

Location is good
The building is very old, very neglected, you enter through a dark entrance, it smells inside, it is not possible to climb the stairs, the room is very small, they separated the bed and the living room and the sofa by putting a television between, the internet does not work, the air conditioning is insufficient, I do not recommend it at all.3 people cannot stay in the this room

The Appartement was really large and had a nice interior design. Also it was in the central of Saint-Tropez. It was a nice stay.
Unfortunately the wrong address was given on booking.com. After we sent them an email they gave us a detailed information of the check-In process. Another interesting thing to know could be that it’s pretty loud in the early morning. But it was okay because everything else was fine.
