The location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The host was great!

- apartament pretty new, however floors needs to be properly cleaned
- swimming pool only opens at 10am
- access to the property via dust road

Everything! The Host was very nice and friendly. We had a pool next to our door, and all equipment which we needed. Highly recommended!

Friendly hosts, modern clean apartments, excellent beach 100 m from the house with crystal clear water, shops and restaurants within walking distance. We liked it very much, we will definitely return.

The apartment and surroundings is nice and clean, the pool is clean and perfect every day, the beach only few minutes away from the apartment. The owner Robert and his wife are fantastic and helpfull. We will absolutely come again.

Lovely pool — not too busy in June. Great layout of apartment. Location close to all amenities (shop, beach, restaurants, etc.) but not at all noisy. Robert is great host — very approachable and helpful.
Bed was a bit too firm for our liking. More comfortable seating on the balcony would be good. No plug in bathroom sink ( makes wet shaving a bit more tricky).

Fantastic rooms, great pool. Supermarket next door. One block from the beach so not noisy. Super helpful host who helped us out when we needed it!

We are very happy with our holiday in Villa 21. It was supposed to be our last trip to 🇭🇷, and now we have dilemma….nice dilemma. Warm greetings and thanks to the lovably owner

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very modern, very clean, pool area was fantastic also. Robert,the owner and his wife were lovely, could not have done anymore for us. All in all Villa 23 exceeded all expectations, we will be back again next year.
