We stay in this complex every year and this was by far the nicest unit and best location within OVC we've been in. A short walk to the beach and steps from the pool made this perfect for our family. The elevator in the building was also great for hauling luggage and groceries. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Our only issue was on checking in - the gate code didn't work and then there weren't any keys left in the keybox on the door! It was after hours so the management company was unreachable. The owner helped us and thankfully had personal keys we were able to use until the rental office opened the next morning, but after a long day of travel a better arrival would have been nice. Not the owner's fault and the unit is wonderful, but the management company needs to do better to make sure guests have the right code and can access their rental.

This was a perfect property for the St. Augustine area. The check in process was very difficult through the property but the owner was super helpful over the phone to help us. The place was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a few days on the beach and riding our bikes in the area. We would love to rent again

Condo is nicely decorated, impressively clean and tidy. It features a pleasant view of the grounds and peekaboo view of the ocean. We were impressed that the owner contacted us on day one to ensure everything in the unit was in order. Upon our notifying him of a couple of items in need of repair, he contacted the office. Repairs were made early next day.

We found this property to be a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and did not have to worry about any loud parties. This property is also convenient to all area attractions, including historic downtown, and restaurants. We definitely will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful, location perfect! Didn't find out until day before that we needed to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Would have been nice to have that info in VRBO at time of booking. We had a wonderful stay and will come again!

Owners super friendly and helpful. Made sure we got in ok! Available throughout weekend. We didn’t need anything tho….just restaurant rec’s!

First time in Saint Augustine and we stayed at this wonderful condo. The location was great. It was clean and very comfortable. The handicap accessible was an added bonus for my elderly mother. The only disappointment, and nothing on the Condo..was that the one pool close to the Condo was closed all week for construction. But I loved the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this propery. Thanks again!!

We were not given the unit number. No batteries in the TV control. The owner requested them but they did show up. We bought some. The garbage disposal backed up. We called for service. No response. My husband fixed it .Not enough garbage bags, toilet paper and dishwashing soap. The location was great.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was wonderful and quiet. The owners were super nice. Only problem we had (which is no fault to condo owner) was when we walked our dog she would be covered in stickers(sand spurs) every time! The condo was a short walk to the beach, which we loved! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great two weeks in Kenny/Jami's 3rd floor ocean view condo. Clean, well-equipped, views of the ocean, and easy beach access. In two weeks we saw the range of Florida weather.....from spectacular warm sunrises/sunsets to a massive Northeaster with huge waves and driving rain. Which allowed us to find all the games and rainy day activities thoughtfully left by the owners. This place is a gem and we highly recommend it for families or just getting away from life's hectic pace. Top notch.

We loved our week in R36! The condo is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we could have ever needed! The beds were SO comfortable! We enjoyed all the long, lazy days on the beach (just a short walk from our building), the pools, shuffleboard, and tennis! Kenny was great at communicating and accommodating any need! We had a perfect week!

The kitchen was so well equipped and having a washer and dryer was wonderful. I had three appointments at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville during the week and it was so nice to have a comfortable, quiet place to return to after my appointments. Also, this building had an elevator which only a few buildings have in the complex. The owner was very easy to reach and understanding after I broke a towel holder in the main bathroom.

The balcony was lovely and well furnished; the bathrooms well designed - even the towels large and fluffy. Mattresses were new and comfortable, furnishings attractive, the round table large enough for five - and even a top of the line, full sized washer and dryer! Beach access was easy and well maintained and the pools were clean and cared for. The heated pool was a welcome treat when the weather turned a little cooler. When we had a question, the owner got back to me within minutes. My only suggestion: the written materials from the HOA/management company were cold and unwelcoming - stating rules and penalties in harsh language that was uncomfortable. By contrast, the actual contact we had with the condo owner, the management staff, cleaning crew and personnel was just the opposite - warm, welcoming and accommodating. I would suggest that some work on the written materials might communicate the regulations effectively while helping the renter feel as welcome as the actual staff did.
