wifi was awful very intermittent and hard to keep a signal, it may have been because the room we were in was at the far wing of the building.

It was in the centre , and was very comfortable. The apartment was very Nice , modern!

Just one thing: the shower must be a little bit better cleaned because of the scale.

The staffs (Antonio, Maximus) were super friendly and very helpful. The apartment (1 bedroom with another bed in the living room) is perfect. So modern, bright, and perfect location, walking distance to the arena and shopping is just outside the hotel's door. The Christmas market is just outside the hotel room too, you feel the vibe and energy of this dreamlike city. The lighting control in the apartment is all electronic. We had fun figuring out what is what. The shower is a bit tricky because the shower stall/enclosure has no door so water does spray out but it's nothing unmanageable and it won't ruin your stay. Book here, you won't regret it!

As it is located on a piazza with a lots of restaurants, it is VERY noisy, until 2 am in the morning. There is no breakfast available and no parking (but we knew it from previous comments and the hotel informed us well about the parking facilities outside the historical center. We were lucky to have booked upfront a place at PARCHEGGIO SABA ARSENALE, because it was full when we arrived )

No food is available in this facility. But, bottled water and coffee pods were replenished each day. The location was perfect and the Reception Staff was excellent.

Im a frequent traveler and and probably more fussy than the average person , this property and it is management deserve 10 /10 except for the location where it is 12/10

absolutely nothing

The location was great right in the square in the centre of Verona. A little difficult to park and I think I entered the ZTL zone so be careful and plan, you cannot drive near to the hotel and it is not classified as a Hotel so the exemption doesn't apply. Greeting at the desk could not have been better or more welcoming and helpful. Room was fantastic with a great design and everything modern and state of the art set against a historical background. I fell in love with this place and will return many times.

It was amazing from check-in at the reception, the apartment, the stay and to checkout.

It is from top to bottom a top notch place to stay. Pre arrival communication, staff on site, the interior is far better then any other apartment I stayed in recent years in Europe, spacious as described, location is perfect and we loved the lively area.

fantastic location; super space for 3 persons the apartments are on the Piazza Dante/Signori - super close to everything but this square is a bit quieter - the perfect mix. would definitely stay here again

the A/C was difficult - very cold in one room

We received a very warm welcome and introduction to the building upon arrival. Our apartment was spacious and bright with a fantastic view. The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance that we wanted to experience. The apartment was particularly clean. My partner and I travel a lot and couldn’t believe how impeccable it was compared to other hotels/apartments. One of our favourite hotels we’ve stayed in and couldn’t recommend it enough!
