Walking distance to the beach and has everything you need. Great communication and easy booking....def recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close distance to groceries/restaurants/stores. The only downside is theres only one full bathroom in the house. Owner was very responsive which was a huge plus! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the beach. I also really liked that there's a grocery store (Food Lion) right by the house (a couple minute driving distance) where I could easily buy the items that I forgot like sunblocks or buy things that I didn't want to pack like a large watermelon, ice cream, etc. This little house had everything we needed for our stay including giant jenga blocks for kids! Had a very nice experience! Thank you!

Such a cute and cozy place. was perfect an such a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend. I went with friends but is also amazing for kids too.

Our family if four plus one fur baby enjoyed our stay. My son loved the bunk beds and having a tv in the room. The kitchen was well equipped and the island provided plenty of seating. The rooms were just the right size and the beds were comfy. The bathroom is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The house might look small from outside, but it has a nice layout and plenty of room. The beach was a 5 minute walk, and grocery stores are close by. My son loved our stay so much he begged not to leave.

Will definitely come back here. So clean and even more impressive in person. Close walk to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. Impressed!!

We just had a wonderful stay. This home is a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to the grocery store. Inside the house has the luxury of a washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully updated . It made for a very enjoyable vacation for our family of 4.

Great location! Quick walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Had a small issue with check-in but was resolved in a timely manner.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The access to the beach was the best part. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues.

Property was very clean and the host thought of everything, from great assortment of dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances & tools, games, books, and washer/dryer. Fantastic location with a very short walk to both the beach and shopping center for groceries, supplies, and souvenirs. Great restaurants nearby (Kill Devil Grill was our favorite). Our pooches lived it too! Only thing missing was sheets for the beds:(. Great experience overall, and we highly recommend staying here!

It was great for a last minute get away

Location, Location, Location. This house has it. The floors were sandy when we arrived, but with some quick sweeping it was easy to keep that way. House has all the necessary amenities of home away from home. Great week was enjoyed for wife's birthday and surviving Breast Cancer this year.

The house was everything we needed to enjoy a week by the beach in OBX. The proximity to the beach and the outdoor shower with hot water were the highlights. Would visit again.

This place is a gem. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the beach. The house is spacious, comfortable, and it has everything you need! We grilled, played board games, and ate most of our meals at the house. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this unit. It is a short walk (approx. 2 blocks) from the beach, which was very convenient. The house was stocked with all the necessary kitchen supplies needed as well as games, blankets and towels. Our only issue was that the wifi coverage was sporadic. With that said, our contact was incredibly responsive in trying to find a solution. It was a great way to end the summer!

The house had everything we needed for a happy stay, from utensils to a bunch of board games during a couple thunderstorms days, our family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back!

A nicely appointed house, with plenty of sleeping space and a great kitchen for cooking (one of our family's favorite past times). Literally only two blocks walk to the beach and a one block walk to the Food Lion. We did have some issues with the internet, where the router and modem both had to be reset 3 times in a 4 day stay. This is the first time I have had to bring my own bed sheets to a rental. The house did have pillows, towels and blankets; however, one of the blankets had a bad odor, so we washed prior to use.

The house is in a great location and perfect for our family of 4. We only had one issue during our stay, during a heavy rain storm one night there were a few drips coming from the ceiling. We look forward to coming back next year.

The only problem we had was the address.. On all our papers it said 109 but on the house it was 107.. We were a little confused. We hope we were at the right house, the code worked.. !!! LOL But overall it was a great experiences .... Thank you so much..

I booked this property literally last minute after our camping plans in Ocracoke fell through - the property manager was wonderful and helped me get set super quickly. The house was PERFECT. We had a group of 8 and I was worried that it would be tight but this house is surprisingly spacious for the size, and with the addition of the outdoor shower and front porch, we never felt squished. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need and the renovations are lovely. The location was great for my group... it's a quick walk to the beach and also an easy walk or drive to the grocery store and gas station right across the highway with was super convenient. When I first saw the address on the map, I was a bit worried because it appears that condos and a hotel block the beach completely... but in actuality, the street goes directly to a public access point. We walked down to the left just a little ways to where it was a bit less busy no problem. I'd absolutely stay here again.
