truly exceptional B&B to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region. L’Ulivo has everything: free parking, confortable beds (up to 4 people!), clean space, awesome kitchen, lovely breakfast and a delightful owner. on top of all that, incredible price! I’ll definitely be back.

Very welcoming breakfast with coffee, yoghurts, homemade cakes and plenty of biscuits. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. There is private parking on the premises. The place is very calm.

The thermostat and blinds in the bedroom window were broken but I understand they were to be fixed soon. Maybe there could be more kitchen towels.

It was calm, quiet and cosy.

The owner was very nice, but didn't speak a word in English and was not ready for our announced arrival, finishing the beds and doing laundry with us in the B&B. The kitchen was not very clean and there we no sharp knives to use. I was looking forward for sitting by the fireplace, but it was not working apparently...and the last drop was being woken up by the owner doing laundry just under our heads in the morning.

Very nice place, very nice people. We we were assisted in a very kind way by Gloria, daughter of the landlady. Absolutely recommended!

Lack of wall outlets in the bedroom.

Astonishing attention to interior design and some great details. Extremely clean and well looked after, very well stocked with everything you would need for a stay for a week or even longer. Unfortunately couldn't stay longer as it was booked next day but otherwise would definitely. Host was super kind and attentive to explain any issues like for example how to access Netflix and Prime video, just 1 message away if you need anything and with full privacy when not needed.

Google maps recommended a route through a small alley where a big car cannot fit but there is another route which is perfectly fine
