It's hard to fault the house and our stay was great, even with some average weather! Fay was great with her communication from booking through to checking out. The house looks great in the listing but it's even better when stay there. It's only a short stroll to the off-lead dog beach, which is great, and only about a 15-20min walk to the flagged beach, surf club, shops and restaurants. Having three levels and multiple living spaces, it's a great house for big families and it suited us perfectly when we had three generations staying at the one time. Not major issues but worth noting - there isn't a garage which made it a bit tricky to load and unload the cars in the rain and there are quite a few stairs to get all your gear up to the top level - it was ok for us but a bit of a struggle for the grand parents. Overall, a fantastic house and location!

As soon as we drove up to 7 Surfside Court we knew we had found the perfect spot for our stay at Sunshine Beach. Amazing position with stunning views of the coastline and the beach a short stroll away. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and generous in size - perfect for our family of adult children and their little ones. The entertaining areas which flow seamlessly out onto the two decks and the amazing views are what make this property so very special. We had the best time. Fay was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had and our arrival and departure was quick and easy because of her clear instructions and notes. We would definitely love to return. Perfect family get away

7 Surfside was the perfect place for our 3 week family holiday for many reasons with the main ones being the ability to bring our two dogs, the short and easy walk to the dog beach, the space for the family to spread out and come together and the beautiful views and (occasional) breezes. The furnishings and facilities were all well maintained and suited most of our needs. The pool was absolutely beautiful to swim in and a real highlight of our stay. Having the laundry on the lower level was a pain, as was the steep driveway and many stairs for our elderly guests, but overall they were small drawbacks. I appreciated being able to organise a service clean for mid way through our stay as the house is quite large and spread out. Thank you for having us!

This is the most beautiful property in a delightful area of Sunshine Beach just moments walk from the beach and a short stroll to Duke Street. The views from the house are just wonderful and watching them change during the day makes you feel you're in your own piece of paradise. The house has everything you could wish for and more and we never wanted for anything, other than the 10 days not to come to an end so soon. We visit Sunshine Beach every year from the UK and this will now be the only house that we want to stay in on our future visits as it felt like a home and isn't that what you want when you take a holiday? Yes there are other lovely properties in Sunshine Beach, but honestly for us, this was the best that we've stayed in, not just in Sunshine Beach, but during our many visits to Australia. Thanks Fay!

We stayed here for 5 nights on a family holiday for my brothers 40th. The house was perfect for a 2.5 families and there was always room for the kids to have their own space too. The pool was amazing and is literally one minutes walk to the beach. The linen was amazing to sleep in and the kitchen well equipped. It was SO hard to leave!!! Will definitely stay again

A big house that accommodates 2 families well. Kitchen on the top floor and main outdoor dining on middle floor was a bit annoying, as was the toaster blowing the fuses a few times and the smoke alarm going off several times in the night. Both items were fixed when we asked but it was really annoying having to keep addressing issues. Easy walk to the beach and a gentle stroll through the back street and beach track to shops.

We had a wonderful time at 7 Surfside with family & pets. The house was very spacious and had all we needed.Lovely afternoon breezes to keep the house & decks cool.Close to the beach and away from the crowds in Hastings Street. Thanks Fay.

The house works really well for a large family with adult children that want their own space. The proximity to the dog beach was really great. Kitchen was adequate but could be updated. Air conditioner did not work in the downstairs bunk room.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay at this house as it was the perfect holiday home for my family and our friends visiting from Germany who had 2 little ones. We really do hope to go back with just our family someday and it was for sure a pleasurable holiday.

Seven Surfside is in a prime location only moments from the beach. Well equiped and maintained beautifully, our stay was fantastic. The owner Fay was fantastic to deal with as was our Renato who met us on arrival. I thoroughly recommend this property, my only reservation about writing a good review is it'll make it busier to try and get a booking next time!

Our family of 10 spent a most enjoyable week at the fashionably designed and perfectly located "7 Surfside" in Sunshine Beach. The 3 floors allowed a seperation of activities with *kitchen, master bedroom and a beautiful expansive relaxing deck area providing spectacular views of the ocean (including whales and dolphins), on the top floor * living room with TV and 3 very adequately sized bedrooms opening on to a delightful, semi covered large deck with splendid inbuilt BBQ facilities and dining table for 10 on the mid level while * downstairs, in the bunk room there was a large open play area and 4 double bunks which were ideal for the children in our party. Adjoing the bunk room was a well equiped laundry with washer and dryer. A minor problem with TV reception was rectified very quickly by a friendly technician while all other appliances operated perfectly throughout our stay. A toilet in the bunkroom downstairs would be an advantage however this was not a big problem. In all, a delightfully located holiday house which would certainly satisfy any family's needs.

We stayed here for a week with our small cavoodle dog. Great location, so close to the beach and all mod cons in the property. Great views to the water and saw whales from the house balcony. Shops and cafes nearby and the whole are very quiet allowing us to fully relax. Brewster loved the balcony views too!

Could not of had a better house ,close to the beach and local shop the kids had friends up and they all loved the place hope to be back next year

Superb house, very well equipped, with spectacular high position and sweeping water views. Lots of stairs and only a small plunge pool. But a world class property.

Great location, short walk to beach, clean, all amenities provided (except for soap/shampoo...bring some), nice kitchen, loved the multiple levels and sitting areas. True to pictures.

Our stay at Seven Surfside was everything we imagined it would be. The house is amazing, well set up, spacious and clean. The top balcony was much used by us all, whale spotting and just watching the waves. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and with only a short walk to the beach, we had the best of both worlds. Looking forward to visiting again next next year!

We had a great time in seven Surfside. A perfect house for the extended family and dog! It would benefit from a second TV for the children otherwise perfect.

Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Could see whales from the balcony! However, this property is very tired and in need of maintenance.

We had the most incredible holiday at Seven Surfside. The pool and dining areas are beautiful, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, shops and Noosa. We will be back next year!
