Crescent Head is a nice place

Accommodation was substandard. Apart from the obvious fake review 22 May 2022. AGREE with previous comments about the general state of this place. Should have just asked for alternate accommodation immediately. Live and learn.

It was not what we expected. Dead cockroaches on the floor, cobwebs around the bottom of furniture, dirt on the toilet and to top it off the back screen door fell off its hinges when we tried to open it. The agents gave us other accommodation when they saw it.

We called the real estate managing the property and they responded to complaints quickly.

Sliding doors off hinges, door from bedroom to verandah would not open at all. Lights not working in the bathroom or outside. Broken furniture. Accommodation had not been properly cleaned before check in. The cleaner came back after our complaints and still did not clean everything (Hairs and sand in the shower, cockroach droppings throughout the apartment, window sills dirty, blinds in bedroom dirty and mouldy, cookware still oily from previous visitors, iron was covered in mould...).

great location

the bbq gas bottle was not there & had to go pick one up at the service station .The remote control for tv didn't work & poor t.v reception.yard maintanence needed with back garden needing pruning & tidying.for the property states there is views but with overgrown palms ,only a very small glimps of crecenthead coastline can be seen

Easy walking to everything we needed. Super convenient. Good value for money. Off street parking.

The units could have been numbered. Although there was instruction to fill on the fridge for gas bottle, it was of an inconvenience. Gas bottles were empty and should have been filled. Not guests responsibility. Would have been better filled. Batteries in remotes were not working. Dated unit.
