Poziom obsługi w recepcji jak by pracowali z musu a klient był czymś zaskakującym. Przypomnę, że podobno 4* 😂

Отдыхал с женой и сыном в конце мая 2022. Хотим сказать большое спасибо отелю за очень теплый прием, спасибо Ирине, спасибо Вере и Яне за вкусную кухню с большим выбором блюд, оливье, холодец, сырники ;) и все остальное было очень вкусным. Завтраки были превосходными!! Также спасибо Павлу за старание и внимание, что уделил нашей просьбе много времени и постарался сделать все возможно! Отель чистый, уютный, в номерах новая мебель, стильный дизайн и очень хорошая изоляция двойных окон, так как сам отель расположен в центре и тихий сон очень важен. Расположение отеля отличная, до главной Вацлавской площади пять минут ходьбы, такое же расстояние до трех разных станций метро. Для такого отеля со всеми его достоинствами, цена очень хорошая. Мы остались довольны, минусов никаких не встретили.

Wir sind freundlich empfangen wurden und auch über die 2 Tage waren alle sehr freundlich. Der vorher reservierte Parkplatz stand uns ohne Probleme zur Verfügung und auch den 4-5 minütigen Laufweg bis zur Tiefgarage haben wir nicht so schlimm empfunden, wie von manchen beschrieben. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war total ausreichend und vielfältig für uns. Nach dem Checkout konnten wir unser Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen für einen Ausflug. Innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten ist man schon am Nationalmuseum.

Direkt vor dem Hotel kann man nicht halten/parken leider. Wir sind eine Runde um den Block gefahren und haben dann zum einchecken aber einen Platz nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt zum kurzen Parken gefunden.

Absolutely nothing

Changed 3 times the room, they were under reconstructions (bathroom was completely broken, the room was not prepared, AC was not working, etc.) The 4th room was in the 1st floor, noisy, AC was loud. I was thinking to get some compensation after this bad experience but the only thing that I heard from the receptionist was “I was not in the hotel for 4 days so I didn’t know which room is ready”.

La ubicación.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece el hotel. El desayuno no lo recomiendo. El café no vale nada, la parte salada es correcta y los dulces industriales. Muy cerca hay un bistro bakery (Deli) que hacen un desayuno buenísimo y bien de precio.

La ubicación y la limpieza, además fueron muy amables y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en la recepción el último día

La cama de matrimonio tenía dos colchones en lugar de uno, y eso es bastante incómodo

Ubytování proběhlo rychle a v pořádku. Parkování zajištěno cca 3’, také v pořádku. Pokoj menší, ale dostačující.

Čistota koupelny nízká, pod mim očekáváním. Ve sprchovém koutu špatně odtékala voda sifonem.

The day I left

Do not be fooled by the “parking” facility and pictures of the parking spots, it does not have parking!!! Moreover, the receptionist may shout at you while saying that they do not have a parking, although advertised so. They will just send you to a nearby hotel “if they have free parking spots” so be prepared to carry your luggage down a whole street. It is NOT clean. The toilette was stained, the towels were stained, the mattress was stained. The mini bar is empty. The floor was dirty. They said they gave us a king sized bed, but in reality there were two small beds. It does not deserve 4 stars, it rather looks like a 2 star motel in the suburbs.

Hotel is in the city center, near the railway station. Nearby can walk around to see many view, and the old square. Room and breakfast is good.

Need go to Brno city and come back, so booked this hotel near the railway station. It is also near city center, can walk to the old square. Breakfast is supper good.

Desayuno estupendo y variado. La empleada que organizaba la comida fue muy profesional y amable, cuidaba que nada faltase. La habitación muy bien y colchones muy cómodos.

El trato en Recepción muy malo: pedimos desayuno para todos los días, y ellos tuvieron el error de cobrar un día de menos. El recepcionista nos reclamó el pago de ese día de malas formas en el comedor delante de todo el mundo, sin ser culpa nuestra. El último día dejamos las maletas para que las guardasen en consigna, nos dijeron que se encargarían de guardarlas, al recogerlas horas después no las habían guardado y estaban en la recepción.

Resepsiyon görevlisi Tesise gelince ödeme seçmeme rağmen kredi kartından bilgi vermeden ödemeyi aldı kron olarak.Çalışanlar çok agresifler. Tesis merkeze çok uzak bir yürüme mesafesinde.Odalarda terlik vs yok ve biten banyo ürünlerini asla yenilemiyorlar.

Room, location and cleanliness.

I did check in online, but still didn’t help the reseptionist that much. The check in should be improved. That guy was good and handle his work well yesterday even though it was alot of people with high stress level that waiting for check in(with only one staff) The system isn’t flow enough it makes the staff to do a lot more work.

The location was great. Breakfast is very decent. The staff was nice

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly it was extremely hot in the room we couldn't sleep at night. We asked many times to check but every time we were told the AC is fine untill we couldn't bear it anymore and demanded a solution, we begged to change the room they claimed there was 1 room only a smaller one (we paid for a bigger one ) we took it because there is no other option, the AC worked great there but the room was too small there wasn't even a cabinet to put our clothes in we put it on the floor, we didn't enjoyed it at all. It's kind of disappointed experience and sure not worth the money 😕

Not all front desk employees speak english.

Room was very clean, air conditioned and quite spacious. Staff was very friendly when we arrived late at midnight due to a delayed train. Most locations were reachable well by foot or public transport and close to the main train station. Front entrance was sometimes locked but easy entry via room card.

Location & breakfast & the lady who’s breakfast in-duty

First two nights there were mosquitoes all over the room, check in wasn’t flexible as total amount of the stay was around 7,500 and i had around 6,500 cash & told the receptionist in 2 or 3 hours will pay the rest but please let me enter the room for now, she refused. Check out i was late 1 hour and 30 minutes; instead of asking me if I would like to have late-check out & pay for it, house keeper suddenly entered my room (without my permission) and used the phone in the room and called the receptionist. THIS IS CRAZY & RUDE. They just care about money not customers.

Worst staff attidude ever: 1) 1 minute after check-out time we receive a call from the receptionist to hurry up. A 4-star hotel should never dare to treat like this its customers. Very bad. 2) Breakfast service: after 1 minute of the end of service, staff began to shut lights off while the hall was still full of people eating. Zero attention to the customer and zero sense of hospitality and welcome!

It was horrible experience for me. I couldn’t make check-in because I couldn’t use my card on the day of the check-in. I could use my card day after, but they didn’t want to allow me to make check-In. So at 21:00 I stayed on the street. It was really stressful trip for me, because I am student and I come in Prague for MRS Summer School. So, I payed other accommodation for two time higher price.
