I was given codes to the gate and to the property prior to arrival, so everything went very smoothly. The property was the perfect beach condo for me and my kids. Very nice, clean, and the amenities were some of the nicest of any airbnb I've stayed in- the towels were nice, full kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, etc. The pool was very nice and the property had very easy beach access. Plenty of parking, including covered parking. The managing office was very easy to contact with any needs or questions.

There wasn't anything that was disappointing about our stay.

The beds (all of them) were extremely uncomfortable and old. The single beds were broken and you felt like you could roll off of them. The other queen beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Also we could not get the tv to work at all. 6 people tried.

Condo only sleeps 6 not 8 as listed! Condo was super clean but the porch was a big disappointment. It had a beautiful view and I would have loved to have had my coffee out there in the am and would have even been nice to sit out there during the rain but the cushions all had mold on them and the arm of all the table chairs had rust all over them.

The property was very clean and had everything needed.

The property is very nicely settled in a gated community. You definitely feel safe.

The location was nice; very close to the beach, pool, restaurants, and grocery store. There was a prompt call back when we reported an issue. There were cleaning supplies and some toiletries provided. There were several dishes and cooking supplies.

The heavy glass shower door fell off and almost landed on my 2 year old daughter. There were 2 live cockroaches. There was an open bucket of some type of liquid in the master bathroom upon arrival (which we just put in the closet). We could only watch the TV (projector) if the living room was dark. So we either had to wait until after sunset or put blankets over the sliding glass door (there were no curtains). We didn't want to keep putting blankets up and down, so we left them up and couldn't go on the back porch. This is minor but there were no coffee filters. While I did come very prepared, this wasn't something I assumed we would need to bring. Also minor, but there were hardly any bowls.
