They gave me back my deposit

Absolutely disgusting facility. The carpet, walls, furniture, and sheets were stained. People are definitely living in the premises and it’s filthy. I felt so mislead- this place made my skin crawl.

The place was disgusting. On arriving I had to step over dog poo as the check in person had his digs tied up. On getting into the room, each wall had been decorated in crayon, there was a hole in a wall, the shower was held together by electrical tape. If I had been homeless, I would not have stayed here. On getting the laundry key, I had to climb over socks underwear left on the laundry floor,. Never mind the smell of weed, one room playing drum and bass at full volume and a young lady passed out in a car because of either drugs or alcohol or both. If there had been a zombie apocalypse happening, I would take my chance amongst the zombies then ever stay in this hotel ever again.

It was next to McDonald's. It had a gate you had to go through to get access to the room doors.

The maintenance of the place is no good. The cleanliness was not very good. My daughter asked if she was being pranked when we walked in. There was no coffee available which seems like that should be a minimum expectation. Luckily we were there less than 12 hours with just needing a place to get some sleep. I could not see myself or my family staying multiple days at this property.

It was dirty. Floors had stains. Handle on shower was broken. Bathroom door wouldn't close. People were around slamming doors till about 3. Not a place I would ever stay at again.

It was right off the freeway, but the rug was so filthy I didn’t wanna walk on it without shoes, the facility itself wouldn’t meet the standards of even a normal motel six which I feel is one of the worst motel chains ever. You are almost fearful to stay there because the residence that stay permanently on the same property we’re up all night yelling at each other and smoking pot right off your balcony in the backyard.

See above, the only bright spot was the night clerk that skateboarded to the window to hand me my remote and key.

They threatened to kick us out the first morning we were there because we were talking on the balcony at 9 in the morning and the lady next to us had a tooth ache and was screaming out on her balcony about dogs barking, how much she paid for this place, how she can't sleep, etc. Her man kept having to come pull her back in telling her she's being too loud and going to wake people up 🙄 And when they came to confront us they didn't have the decency to call or knock on our door. They yelled at us from the courtyard. This was the first we had heard an "official" complaint at us. Why are we getting yelled at for chatting on our balcony but the lady screaming doesn't get talked to at all? And we asked when is quiet hours? He answered until at least noon so people can sleep in. Of it was really that important, you'd think they would tell us these rules at check in. Well, the next night there was a lovely party that went clear until past 3am. I still don't know why we were singled out. Because we were quiet? Because we didn't complain about the cigarette smell in the non smoking room? No clue. But management seems to live there. And there was a balcony across from ours who would let their dogs out to pee and poop on the balcony. Piles and piles of poop. But the middle aged ladies sitting talking is just too much for these people.
