Our family had a great stay! Owner took time to contact us day after check in to make sure everything was okay. Would rent again.

Stayed here with my parents (65+) my husband (47) and my daughter (9) and it was perfect. The location was excellent and in close proximity many different things. The house was also fantastic. Very well kept and clean. It actually much larger than what it looked like in the pictures. There was more than enough of room for our family of 5. We spent the majority of our days just lounging by the pool and enjoying the Keys way of life We also saw tons of wildlife right off the patio/dock (barracuda, manatees, dolphins, parrot fish, sharks, crabs, pelicans, scorpions, millipedes, etc)! The manager, Barry, was also very attentive and responsive when my husband had a question, which was much appreciated. We have been traveling to the Florida Keys for 15 years, and can honestly say this house is now one of my favorite places we've stayed. :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We fish so the bait freezer and freestanding ice machine were perfect. The fish cutting board was long enough for a two person operation. The pool was exceptional as was the hot tub. Great place to relax and unwind. Barry was very attentive to our needs and quickly responded to our inquiries. Thank for a great getaway.

Amazing property! Has everything you need or want! Not a thing more you could to to make it better except stay longer! Brought 24 ft boat and jet ski, had plenty of room for both in parking and on dock.

What a great place and host. Barry was wonderful and made our stay at his slice of paradise so easy. We loved the house and it was perfect for our family vacation. The house was stocked with amenities and the pool, hot tub and back dock made our stay wonderful. Thanks for everything and we will be back for another great time.

We enjoyed the well maintained house and fishing amenities. The boat ramp is so close by and the canal is wide enough to comfortably turn your boat around.

The property on Grouper Lane was a very nice house with great amenities. The pool was very nice and was great having an onsite ice machine. The house is older but owner keeps it up to date and it was decorated very nice.

Stayed a week in October and couldn't have asked for a better host. Barry was very thoughtful and thorough in the details of staying on the property. The house has just about everything you need to start your stay. Very close to all the restaurants you could ever want to eat at and if you have a boat the ramp is like 1/2 mile away. Again thank you Barry for being a great host.

Check-in was a bit confusing, because we weren't sure what to do, but the property owner was super responsive to a phone call. The house has a nice open living room kitchen area, which was great for cooking and hanging out. The massive kitchen table made a nice spot to log in to work for a few hours, too. The refrigerator was broke while we were there, but the owner had put a temporary one in place, so it was a very minor inconvenience. When the wind blows tons of leaves fell into the pool, and while we scooped them out, it would have been nice to have access to a blower to get the leaves off the patio. Nice boat dock, and the icemaker out back was perfect for fish coolers on the boat or making cocktails out back.

Great home, and location for avid boaters. We loved the commercial ice maker, one less thing to run to the store for!

The house was nice and spacious for the family. The pool was perfect with the beach entrance and kids able to fish right from the dock. I would rent again and recommend this house for your next vacation

The only thing not so good was the washer and dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to use towels/wash rags multiple times and had to hand wash the dishes. But the pool was awesome for the kids and hot tub was awesome for me!! Had a great time!

Do not park your vehicle or boat on the side of the house you will have a mess in your boat and on your vehicle. Please when you stay here do not throw your food in the water like they tell you too.. As per the FWC you cannot put food in the water.

This is a nice place, the pool and hot tub were great as well as the outdoor space and space in general. It is located in a pretty nice area, though you will hear air planes all day. The dock is great if you have a boat or want to rent kayaks. My kids loved fishing right from the dock and looking for manatee. One of the toilets was broken the day we checked in and it took about 3 days for it to be fixed, which wouldn't have been an issue but there were two families there. Management was in contact with us the whole time, which was great and not really their fault that the plumber was unavailable, but just wasn't ideal. Also, the listing says it accommodates 8 people, but when I informed management that there would be 8 people, not 4, I was charged an additional $337 and one toilet wasn't working the whole time the second family was with us. It was a little frustrating that we were charged an additional fee when the listing says up to 8 people. Also, you cannot adjust the temperature below 75 degrees, which is fine during the day, but it made sleeping comfortably rather difficult. The house had pretty much everything you need, expect there are no decent knives, just a couple steak knives, the grill was difficult to start and the sliding back door kept coming off the track. Again, all not a big deal but this place is not cheap to rent. If you fish though, it has everything you need including an outside table to filet your fish (but again, not decent knives), an ice maker in the shed as well as a deep freezer. There are outside chairs for the patio as well as a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach and a few beach/pool toys in the shed. The house has towels for bathing and for the pool and several smart TVs located throughout the house which was great. Check in and out was easy with the smart lock as well.

The outdoor space was as expected and we enjoyed every minute. We had a Manatee visit one afternoon and having the dock for our boat made it all very special. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen. Your wouldn't go wrong in renting this home.

We had a great time at this rental. The location is perfect in the middle keys with a quick trip to both the upper and lower keys. Barry was excellent in checking in with us. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed boating and fishing with direct gulf access. We would definitely return to this rental!

Our stay here was amazing! It suited our needs perfectly! The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was amazing, and our boat was right at the dock for easy runs to the reef! One of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we’ve had.

First time in the keys. Hauled our motorcycle down from PA. Bucket list item, riding our bike across the 7 mile bridge. It was amazing. The house was centrally located and perfect for our group. Saw manatees 3 different days in the canal. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and are so thankful we were there. AC could have been cooler especially at night. And the margarita machine is just a blender. Slider by the pool didn't work/lock correctly. So a few updates but a great house. Beware of the no-see-ums.

The house was better than advertised! Furnishings and appliances were top of the line. I never thought I’d get excited about a refrigerator in the living room, but the extra refrigerator was perfect for drinks and extras to keep the kitchen refrigerator from being crowded. The two living areas were great and allowed everyone to have a place to spread out. The kitchen was a nice size and the large pantry was great to store all our groceries and supplies. The pool and hot tub were really pretty with a natural stone border and a waterfall from the hot tub into the pool. The deck was a nice size and two picnic tables, a gas grill and two lounge chairs all added to the area. The outdoor shed with bait freezer and new ice machine made the fishermen in our family super happy! It was great to have an area outside of the house to lock up fishing rods and equipment. The ice machine put the paradise in fisherman’s paradise! The dock lights were a neat addition and made it fun to see what was swimming in the canal. We rented a boat for a week and it was so convenient to have the boat and everyone we needed right there. Our only complaint was that the bugs were really bad. We bought all kinds of bug sprays, citronella torches, ran a fan, as the neighbor suggested, but we had lots of bites! Despite the bugs it was definitely paradise!

My family and I stayed at this great house the week of Thanksgiving. It was better than the picture depicts. We are a family that enjoys fishing and rented a boat nearby. The dock was amazing with all the fish hanging out around the lights. Our boys spent most of their time enjoying the beautiful pool. Our holiday week here was absolutely what my family needed. Very enjoyable

This house was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed to enjoy our week in The Keys. The outdoor living area was amazing, from the pool and the hot tub, to the large patio where we could play corn hole every night. Rented a 22-foot boat and had no issues docking it, and had quick and easy access to the Gulf. The ice machine and bait freezer at the dock were great after a day of fishing. We had an issue at check in with the refrigerator not working properly, but Barry got on it and resolved it quickly. We are looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful home!!

To start off, this property was beautiful! The kitchen was beautiful, the sunroom was perfect, the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing as well. The pool was most definitely my favorite spot on the property and provided ultimate relaxation. Barry and Terri were SO easy to communicate with at any given time and answered all of our questions and then some! The canal way was beautiful and the dock was perfect to fish from. As much as we enjoyed the Keys and traveling around to the sights, the days where we just hung out at the house and relaxed were just as amazing. We are already planning our trip back and will definitely stay at this property again in the future. It's a convenient location if you're looking to travel between keys, fish, boat or even just relax for the week. Barry and Terri were easygoing and helpful all around, we would definitely rent from them again and look forward to it. The only word of advice I have is grab no-see-um spray (we actually left ours in the shed for future travelers) because being right on the canal way in Florida, they do tend to swarm at dusk and even if you don't want to use the spray, there are plenty of citronellas provided! All in all, if you're thinking about booking... stop thinking and just do it!!

The property is exactly as pictured we were lucky to find it last minute. Clean spacious and great outside area. My only complaint would be the beds are harder than we like so next time we will bring mattress topper since we like softer.

Amazing place to stay for everything you need while visiting the Florida Keys. We were blown away with all the features the house had inside and out. Literally 3 minutes by boat to the gulf. Will definitely return someday with family and friends. Thanks for the great memories.
