We were pleasantly surprised that the complimentary breakfast was actually a full hot breakfast.
The bathroom door absolutely needs to lock. Very odd. And the heat/ac unit kept us up most of the night. It was very loud and ran all night.

We chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the Western Maryland Railroad. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

The air/heat unit in the room made a horrendous noise all night. I didn’t get but an hour of sleep, if that. I was exhausted the next day. They did not satisfy my complaint at the desk but replied “we will let maintenance know”. Breakfast had limited items. I could have been fine without that but after a terrible nights sleep, that just added to a bad review. Basically paid a bunch of money for a shower.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. It would be nice if they offered more things with now added sugar, e.g., breakfast cereals. And heartier breads without sugar.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Dee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious . The breakfast was an added bonus . The variety of food was fantastic. The food area was kept clean and well stocked . The hotel was very quiet and had ample parking .
We booked a train ride and the hotel was very close to the train ride.

Oh..breakfast room cheerful, clean, and rmy breakfast oatmeal with the raisins, almonds, brown sugar, yum! scrambled eggs, red potatoes were delicious 😋 and hot. I saw a lady worker wiping counter & man coming out of kitchen with the hot potatoes. I commented how clean the area was & my food is so good! My boyfriend liked his eggs breakfast as well. I asked their names... are Pat & Scott. Nice people who I think take pride in their profession. Good coffee too! We had a snall cinnamon Danish that was just the right size. All started our day off right. Thank You Pat & Scott.

Beautiful hotel, so clean, comfortable. We used the gym, it was so nice! Even had a Peloton bike which I've always wanted to try! The breakfast was wonderful and the area was so clean. Will definitely stay there next time we are traveling through Cumberland!
