Breakfast was great, convenient location with easy parking. Super friendly Staff at reception and did like the "self check out" store items. Appreciated the fan as our room didn't have air condition.

Bathroom could have been cleaner - "Silverfish" were crawling around and towels weren't changed on a regular basis. Not been able to open the window in the midst of a heatwave. Not been able to eat in the restaurant once in a 5 night stay. One reason we booked the hotel was that it had a restaurant as we were in the midst of a move and were looking forward to a nice meal without having to drive. In the five days we were there we weren't able to get one reservation - it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed plus the kitchen closed at 8pm (?). Definitely something to be aware of as the closest restaurants are about 10min drive.

Upon arrival they told me there would be no electricity and no warm water the next day. Probably for required maintenance, but I would have liked to know when booking the prior day

I was travelling for work, and the hotel is conveniently near the MECC congress center. Maastricht is small, so I could walk anywhere else in less than 20 minutes. The staff was promptly available at the reception. My room (superior) was spacious.

There was a blackout where the entire hotel was with no electricity. The emergency lights in the staircase did not work (or did not exist?). The staff seemed unprepared. No apologies from the hotel.

the shop is self service and open all night. there is also welcome cake and fresh water. the staff were very nice but the hotel is a bit out of date and frayed /crumbling around the edges.

they put me in room 464. no air con. it was so hot. also no iron and the room was a bit crummy. felt really icky. had almost no sleep and was exhausted next day for work so I complained and got moved to a much nicer room. not sure why they would put anyone in 464. it’s horrific.

Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, but the bathrooms could do with a bit of a makeover!

The shower over the bath is impractical. One can't reach the tap without getting wet.

The hotel prices in Maastricht are very high in general.

The fire alarm was set off by a smoking guest at 01:00. My son was there to take his entrance exams for medical school. we couldn't sleep after that. The staff was unapologetic and refused to provide any compensation. The manager wouldn't even look at us when she curtly said 'no'.

I chose a double bed option but only got 2 single beds. The receptionist did not inform me about this, although I got an email from Booking.com that my special requests were approved.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the car park was behind the hotel. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre but the local bus service was just outside the main entrance. There is not much to do were the hotel is situated bur we didn't find this an issue.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxed. The room had everything we needed, and we liked the range of TV channels, including BBC and ITV. The serve-yourself shop was well stocked - we bought a range of things. The staff were friendly and professional, and answered all our queries. We were also very happy with the range and quality of food and drink on offer at breakfast.

The location - although the bus service was very good, both to the station and the city centre, Everything else was great.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room and the environment in general. The spa is a big big plus!

I would include the breakfast in the room payment or at least low the price a little bit; the smart tv should be a must in a 4 stars hotel; the staff is very kind, but sometimes the information they give are confusing.
