De ligging en de netheid in de kamer

Geen receptie, geen ontvangst, enkel check in computer. Matig ontbijt in ongezellige ruimte, net zoals slaapkamer. Kamer was blijkbaar vroeger een garage, zeer goedkope inrichting, maar wel een goedwerkende koelkast. Veel te warm en geen mogelijkheid om raam open te zetten zonder inkijk van buitenaf. Zeer smalle bedden en zeer kleine badkamer. Wel elke dag verse handdoeken. Terras was samen met 2 andere kamers aan de gelijk met de straatkant en zonder privacy. Gedurende ons verblijf werd er de complete tijd met een hogedrukspuit rond onze kamer gewerkt. We zijn dan ook een dag eerder naar huis gegaan.

Walls quite thin

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut,alles gut zu erreichen. Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend.Die Betten sind ganz gut nur die Matratze ist viel zu weich.(Rücken schmerzen)

Lekker ontbijtje

Onpersoonlijk, doordat er bij aankomst geen personeel aanwezig was. Door de verbouwing was het al ‘morgens vroeg lawaaierig en keken we uit op veel rommel en bouwmaterialen. Het was netjes geweest als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten, dan hadden we nl. een ander hotel gekozen

Hôtel moyen, très bien situé le long de l'eau, comme souhaité. Parking aisé.

Visiblement cet établissement est sur le point de fermer ! Entre notre réservation et notre séjour (quelques semaines) : plus de restaurant, plus de brasserie, plus de terrasse ! Alors que notre sélection visait tout cela ! Personnel indifférent voire malpoli ; Check in et out via un terminal informatique ! des raccordements électriques approximatifs pour cafetière et ventilateur (qui ont eux le mérite d'exister). Petit-déjeuner ok sans plus ! Margarine à la place du beurre... Chambre au RDC donnant DIRECTEMENT sur une cour intérieure avec table et chaises CONTRE la fenêtre (utilisées par les fumeurs et les petits déjeuners) sympa !! Première déception avec Booking .... qui n'est pas en cause.

Location was perfect, everything was in proximity. Boat rental, bike rental and it was on waterfront so balcony was nice to have amazing view of sunset.

Some corridor noise was overheard, especially slamming of the room doors. Could be adjusted to be a little softer perhaps.

It’s a self check in. The room is clean and modern. Also quite spacious. But we can’t put our luggages if the restaurant close. Because there’s almost no staff in the hotel. No receptionist.

Hotel location is very close to centrum and there are free parking front of the hotel. It.was cosy and fun. Breakfast is too taste and so filling..

Confortable bed and very nice breakfast (favorite place) and very nice lady at the breakfast time.

Self service check-in. If you arrive before 15:00 no one to welcome you and you need to wait 15:00 to check-in because of the computer. It is ok if is a low season but we prefer people instead computers. :)

Broken glass on the floor, light fixtures and kettle hard to use.

The location was very good, walking distance from Binnenpad, quite clean room with view of the channel. Check in was quite simple and good breakfast to enjoy.

Queen size bed would be better as compared to 2 single bed, for families & couples, And dinner facility, specially during cold months otherwise you need to go out for dinner.

Quick and easy check in/out. Breakfast was great. Toiletries were amazing, they smell so good.

The communication was a bit cold. And nothing was mentioned in the emails regarding breakfast time, I had to look it up on their website for the time, which stated it starts at 7:30am. Turned out it started at 7am. The standing lamp was broken, leaving the room kind of dark with only the ceiling light on.

It is the first time I was charged the rebooking fee in the free cancel duration. The description of rebooking fee was in Dutch. It is unfair, even though I contacted them. If I would know it needed the rebooking fee after changing the check-in date, I wouldn't change my schedule. The staff said their colleague told me it needed rebooking fee, they didn't give me any chance to make decision. Especially they wrote Dutch to inform me this information. I am not too smart to know Dutch. I have to tell all of foreign travelers, if you don't understand Dutch, don't book this hotel.

Cosy interior. The beds are very good and comfortable. It is convenient to park a car and get in.

It was a wind blowing heavily undernith the balcony door (room 106). Very middling breakfast - we came at 9:20 (40 min before closure), and there were almost no omlet, sosages, and dutch pancakes. Nobody did replenishment. There were no napkines not on the tables nor anywhere else.
