Great location,very clean and modern!

The kitchen equipment is poor. Difficult to make coffe, the AC is to loud. Otherwise great place!

The host was very helpful and the communication with the host was very smooth, the check in is super easy and comfortable. The apartment has everything you might need, the room size is bigger than average, the area was quiet and near to the salt lake of Larnaca if you like walks.

I liked everything. The only thing I could not figure out is how to turn off the main lights without turning out the bed lights or de-activating all electricity sockets (as you need a key to activate the electricity system in the apartment which also activates the main lighting). But this is most probably my own lack of knowledge :)

It is located in a quiet, residential area. The room is spacious, the wifi was working, the host even said we can use the propertie's Netflix. The salt lake is within a 10 minutes walk, and a bus stop is like 5 minutes where you van catch a coach to go to Nicosia or Limassol.

It took some time to figure out how to make hot water in the shower, but it was our sillines.

The Room is definitelly worth to stay in. A lot of space, all you need in a kitchen and extra equipment (an iron, some products in a kitchen). Moreover Hugo is a great host, very helpful and kind. I also recommend a visit in a nearby restaurant, A33. One of the best food and wine we had in Cyprus plus life music!

Very cheap!

The place is near to the bus station Zinon just 5min walk, also if you like to walk, 25min you are in the famous beach, supermarket is 10min and the area is very quiet. The room is a nice studio with dark colors who makes you to feel warm and happy. Is a very convenient studio with comfortable double bed, lights, plasma Tv with Netflix and also you can connection your device to watch something you want. The kitchen is full equipment, oven hot water and A/C. The bathroom contains soup for the hair and body. The owner is friendly, polite and he responds when you need him. Definitely I stay again if I visit Larnaca, thanks 😊

Very good looking cheap room

It was kind of far away from everything (about a 20 minutes walk to the beach)

The owner called last minute to change our initial booking to a different room. The new room was downtown but the room and the building itself was in pretty bad shape, very old and filthy (definitely not what we had agreed upon). Since we didn't care about the location, but mainly for cleanliness and comfort, the sudden change of plans (advertised as an upgrade) felt like a downgrade instead without providing any other choice or the proper reimbursement.

Clean and modern

Just stayed 1 night, but has everything needed for a longer stay. Comfy bed, good shower, easy parking outside. AC worked well. Strong WiFi.

Could be a little dark for some....but that didn't bother me.

Huge room, clean, location is good. Owner is very nice and always available. Bed and sheets were comfy. big recommendation! :)
