On tient à vous exprimer nos sincères remerciements pour l’accueil chaleureux er les attentions dont on a bénéficié tout au long de notre séjour, grace à votre professionnalisme ce séjour a été exceptionnel et très agréable. On a particulièrement apprécié le confort , la propreté, la qualité des repas , l’ambiance etc…. L’équipe a vraiment contribué à faire de cette expérience un moment unique . On tiens à féliciter et remercier en premier lieu le guest relation Mr Altin pour la qualité de service ainsi que Erdem , Eda , kenan et kadir.

Everything was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful, room service and the menu was very nice and the quality and taste of food were satisfying, staff , Eren, Amin, Erden and restaurant people were polite and amazingly kind and the manager made an excellent experience for us, we will come back for sure

Just the air-conditioner was weak but i guess thats the country style of air conditioner

Der Ausblick von den oberen Etagen ist phänomenal und wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen am beeindruckenden Frühstücksbuffet. Das ganze Personal war extrem liebevoll, hilfsbereit und hat uns die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Besonders hervorgetan haben sich Altin, Emre, Kenan, Ahmet und Sena. Sie haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt gezaubert.

Perfect location for visiting the exhibition and conference centre. Excellent hotel, a friendly welcome from the front of house team who were very helpful. My room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good spa, pool and gym facility. A choice or restaurants, I ate in the Turkuaz restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating. It was nice to chill on the terrace with a nice cool Turkish beer and snacks before moving inside to eat. An extensive menu, lovely food and I took advantage of the amazing buffet on offer two of the nights, including some very tempting desserts! A big thank you to Ümit, Ridvan and especially Sena for their welcome and hospitality and thanks for my special flat white coffee!!
