Das Hotel und das Nebengebäude liegen direkt am Ufer des Gardasees. Alles sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Parkplatz für die Residenz war auch sehr groß. Das Frühstück und der Service dazu war einfach spitze. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und leckeren Kaffee. Auch die Pandemie-Situation war sehr gut gelöst. Besonders gut ist, dass man im Restaurant sehr gut Essen kann. Gute Speisekarte, sehr große Auswahl an Weinen und Essen. Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Haben gleich den ganzen Urlaub Tisch reserviert und immer gut gegessen. Chef hilft persönlich mit - super!

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude - sehr ruhig! Für diesen Teil des Hotels gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz - sehr viel Platz! Chef und Personal kümmern sich engagiert um die Gäste. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! Im Hotel befindet sich auch ein Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte. Das Essen ist köstlich und auch preislich o.k.! Auch dort sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir sind an der Promenade entlang nach Bardolino und Lazise gewandert.

Nice building. Nice pool area . Breakfast was quite nice. Cisano and the hotel are quite quiet .

No tea and coffee facilities in the room or at the hotel after breakfast. Even a kettle would have been good. Cisano is a bit quiet and away from the attractions, (the water bus now only stops there infrequently) so you need to figure in bus / water bus ….travel . However bus and water bus stops are close . Breakfast while nice was the same (pretty much exactly) each day .

The receptionists were both very helpful, kind and friendly.. all the staff is. It is situated in a very nice and quiet area. The room is very clean. I will recommend it alot as it is situated in a very nice area.

The only thing that could be different is the breakfast as it was always the same

Location was good, approximately 30-35 minutes walk to Lazise one way, then Bardilino the other way. Breakfast excellent, ate a few times in hotel in the evening, again good food and choice. Staff very accommodating and friendly (apart from one receptionist who could smile more often!) Hotel and area very clean, beds and pillows just a tad firm for my liking, but that is personal choice. Could not fault the hotel, the swimming pool is approximately few minutes from main hotel, set in well kept grounds, spotless!

Loved this place! Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Amazing breakfast & evening meal at their partner restaurant next door. Lovely pool & garden area about 5 minutes walk along the lake. Easy access to the 2 towns either side of the resort (about 20 mins each way). The bedrooms were lovely with nice views. The car park was perfect. Lots of nice restaurants nearby & good access to the ferry service.

Not a complaint, but a smart TV with internet / Youtube access would have been nice in the room as no English channels.

The location was beautiful but the room was noisy , as it faced the main road. Staff were very nice and happy to help with our enquiries. Dated throughout but can't complain as price was very reasonable . Lots of choice at breakfast.

Hotel perfect location beside 8 beautiful restaurants. Hotel has everything you need, spacious room, clean, great breakfast, fabulous pool to relax after a busy day.

Beautiful location, directly on the lake. Swimming pool set along from the hotel in a large beautiful garden with tennis court and bar. Swimming pool with views if the lake was a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was lovely. No complaints at all, will definitely return.

Great position of the hotel, great pool and a park! Very close to the water. Not to crowded. Nice church across the street. Very clean room!!!

The people at the reception were very not quite friendly..

We had a super nice room with balcony overlooking the lake. Very clean and nice enough rooms to feel comfortable. Little fridge and good air conditioner. Breakfast was not the best but it was good.

Most stuff friendly, but one receptionist seemed unfriendly, annoyed and even rude.. by her we did not feel welcome which was a shame.

The hotel has a beautiful overview over the lake. Bardolino and Lazise reachable on food along the lake (pedestrian and bicycle way). The breakfast offers a huge buffet with savoury and sweet stuff. We booked a triple room, very clean and with comfortable beds. The swimming pool and park was the cherry on top!!

The pool and the park which is a short walk from the main building. And billiard table for rainy days.
