Close to the airport

Staff is rigid not very knowledgeable. Needs better cleaning.

The location to the airport and free shuttle to catch our flight. Also the pool, and the staff. Particularly the foyer bar staff who were so friendly and welcoming, and the hostess at breakfast, Mariam.

The facility is getting old with limited maintenance, carpets are old and the one in my room was really stinky I had to put perfume the air in order to sleep, still issues with noise from corridor, refrigerator Also not working.

Close to the airport, shuttle service was helpful.

Shuttle driver was a bit reckless, another passenger asked the driver to drive safely! find it irresponsible. Room was not ready at 5 am although booking an additional night, renovation works going on could not rest after midnight flight!

Le service au bar, le personnel pas sympa et qui ne comprennent rien. L'accueil réception était mieux.

Customer Service was the worst, I had room service entering our room without knocking, all allocated numbers on phone for any service was not working or no one answering. Wifi was another story , it was not active in the room most of the time. I wouldnt recomment it for a relaxed stay unless really needed.

Bed is comfy, location is almost in the airport and 20 min to anywhere in cairo

Its location is handy for most things except perhaps going to Giza. It is secure and wwll maintaind.

The sign at the road entrance is much too small for taxis to see and virtually invisible at night as it us not lit. More often than not uber cars miss the entrance and cancel the ride because of the one way road system. The wifi is a little iffy in the car area.

There was a gym and sauna but it was chargeable. The breakfast and dinner was not good for vegetarians.

The entire hotel looks rundown, and all rooms smell cigarettes. Rooms weren’t clean at all as well.
