The special attention provided by the owner and the price. The owner arranged tours for us. Also, make sure I had a sandwich ready for me to take away. They have a small bar and there is happy hour from 7 to 9. The hotel was clean at all times. The location is quiet.

The room had a humidity odor, the bathroom door did not close ant the toilery sit malfunctioned, there are no hooks to hang towels or coats nor there are any hangers, nobody ever came to clean or empty the garbage eventhough we asked the receptionist. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. It's a little far from the train station.

The location of the hotel was nice. The bathroom of the room was very nice. The room was clean. Close to Ephesus, Virgin Mary, Artemis and the sea, thank you for the attention and help of the staff. They gave me and my wife a very nice tour of Ephesus, we were very pleased.

First of all, they are very polite, especially the staff, the rooms are very beautiful and have a unique forest view, if we look at the location of the hotel, it is close to many historical places. And I joined the Ephesus tour and it was great, and the hotel also has a restaurant and a terrace, whether you stay at the hotel or not, you should definitely go and drink wine or beer at sunset time, it goes great with the unique view. There was nothing as such, everyone was helpful and everything was good.

We were very welcomed when we arrived and even got a bedroom upgrade. Everything was very clean... bedroom, bathroom and commun areas. The terrace has such a beautiful view of the mountains . For last but not least, the location... it is very close from the city center and also from the museum and the arqueologic site. We definitely recommend staying here!

Very very near with isabey mosque

The circular bed in room no 11, was uncomfortable .I sent a message to the owner at 1 am, via booking.com, requestinga room change .I had no reply by 8am , so went on my booked tour to Ephusus.Yes I did arrive back late, without confirmation of a room change.Mahmet at reception called the owner , who was hostile on the phone and not accomodating . Eventually I was booked in room 2 ( which was equally uncomfortable, as the toilet had leaked at the base ) And yes Mr owner I did not report it , by then I was just too tired of arguing. I would like to xtend to the owner to keep in mind * That travellers who arrive at his establishment are most likely tired, and do not wish or desire to partake in lengthy arguments regarding uncomfortable rooms, and staff working hours.. Lovely town..just unlucky with accommodation, this time around .

We had a lovely Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace which is beautiful and shaded with a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended attractions nearby. The hotel also provides tours which was very easy and practical. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an amazing time!

Our stay at rebetika hotel was fantastic! The all team was so friendly and helpful. They also organised tour for us to visit Ephesus and Pamukkale. The room was nice and clean. There is a rooftop terrace with a 360 view perfect to watch the sunset. The hotel is well situated, close to everything you need. We'll definitely be coming back

The place is very well located with an amazing rooftop terrace to watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. The hotel is clean and confortable room, and breakfast (also served on the terrace) was really good. Muratti and Mehmet was very helpful and friendly, they can help you organise visits if you need. Fantastic location and friendly staff, great value for money. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace a lot, both for breakfast and for drinks in the evening. Great laid-back vibe overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Older building and facilities need some improvement. The AC was leaking water in the first room we got, though that was resolved quickly and we moved to another room. Cleaning could be improved too, the shower drain was clogged with hair in the second room so the water didn't drain properly, and we saw glasses left from last night on the terrace tables in the morning.

Flexibility of staff. Upgrade of room. Staff was very helpful with looking after perishables during the day after we checked-out.

I had written via booking.com that we were to arrive late (2 AM), but there was nobody at the reception. There was a phone number on the door which I was able to call and they came in less than 5 minutes, so it wasn't a problem at all. But it could have been if I didn't have a working phone on me. They simply hadn't seen the final message I sent after the plane landed. Just make sure you receive a confirmation of your message about late arrival times and make sure you've made concrete arrangements for late check-ins. Otherwise it was very smooth.

The terrace was lovely and the views were spectacular over towards Ephesus.

Air con was dripping water onto a live plug. Bed was rock hard. One wafer thin pillow. Fridge didn’t work and the door was broken so no cold drinking water. Very noisy outside until 4am with bars open until late and traffic noise was terrible. Mold inside the shower and on the tiles Smell coming from the drain and toilet which made me sick.

Everything was as expected, nice to relax on the little balcony, fridge came in handy and the location is perfect and pretty quiet.

Friendly and clean dogs. - Quiet location, at night everything is nice and quiet. Great roof top! - clean bedding. Comfortable bed. Lights, hair dryer and outlets all work fine. - in bathroom hot water and good water pressure. - Simple breakfast - you can hang out in the bar/restaurant area. Wifi works fine there. - very good price performance ratio.

- The WiFi was sometimes bad. But we were on the road most of the day, so it didn't bother us. - There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. In the bedroom, only a little mold. The whole room was damp and so clothes and bedding felt clammy. Towels could hardly dry because of the high humidity. In addition, our room smelled like smoke. (The bedding or towels did not smell like smoke). After three nights our entire clothing smelled of old smoke and was clammy - quite uncomfortable! But because we were on the road all day and put all clothes in the washing machine after check out, this circumstance did not bother us much. This maybe sounds very bad, but it is not! Just ask for a another room ;) It's a great hotel!
