The hotel location is ideal for exploring the Picos de Europa and surrounding area. The staff are very friendly & helpful.
The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds

Location and food. Free on site parking. Staff were friendly.
No hairdryer in room. Room was very small. Weather was cold, and there was no heating on. My friend is 6'2" and the bed was too short for him.

We stayed here as 3 couples motorcycling around the Picos mountains. It is a great base with plenty of like minded people to chat to and share routes with.
Good amount of off road parking for the bikes.

- Location, right at the main road to Potes.
- Parking. Hotel have it's own, very big parking area at front of the building.
- Security- area patrolled by guarding friendly dog and cats:-) Joking- they just live there, very nice and curious.
- Exterior and interior design, very pleasant from inside and outside, a lot of cozy seats outside the building, where you can relax, enjoy your drink and simply observe the surroundings.
- Fast and easy check- in, staff speak english.
- Easy access to any floors, lifts available.
- General cleanliness, all a bit old but clean and fresh.
- Big bathroom, with excellent, hot shower. A lot of towels provided.
- Breakfast served if opted.
- Stylish room, with great view.
- TV and WiFi available.
- Big bar right in the lobby, open till late (guess even before breakfast as well).
- Glass door to the shower, a bit short, water spills to the floor and toilet seat, can't avoid it no matter what you try.
- Coffee is awful, for such place could be better, please get rid of current coffee machines :-)
- Room doors a bit noisy to close, need to have some soft tapes to prevent make boom noises when closed.

Great location in heart of Picos de Europa mountains, short walk into Potes, popular with motorcyclists. Friendly family run modern hotel with a very traditional feel.

It was all ok. The restaurant food was bland so we ate out in Potes on next night.
The double bed was very tired - new mattress needed. Went for a twin room on return which was much better.

A very warm welcome despite arriving late. The restaurant was open until 11pm so we were able to have a very enjoyable meal.

Room, common rooms and breakfast are ok for one night.
Room could be cleaner: Spots and hair on bed sheets in both beds - maybe the bed has not been made?
Room smelled terrible. It was very hard to sleep.
Walls are thin as paper. We were next to the elevator.
Too much packaging waste in bathroom and breakfast.

Large car park at the front of the hotel. Very popular with bikers for a good reason. Excellent base from where to explore the Picos de Europa National Park. Bar with in door seating and out door terraces. Out door swimming pool. On site restaurant is good value. Breakfast is great. Plenty of continental options with some cooked items too. The coffee is great. Rooms tidied daily. Lift for those on the top floor with plenty of luggage.
Breakfast is only served from 8:30am. Everything appears to happen later in Spain. A twenty minute walk to Potes, but well worth the effort.

didn’t make much of a difference, no air conditioning. stayed when temperatures were 20° probably ok at higher temperatures due to construction of building.

Great location to tour the Picos
Limited bar facilities (only Heineken on draft). Restaurant was okay but closed on one of the 3 nights we were there.
