Начнём: приехали на неделю. был оплачен улучшенный номер с видом на сад, море или бассейн. Достался вид на соседний жилой дом и балконы где сушат трусы,носки и прочую одежду. Вернемся к заселению. Первое, что вызвало шок, депозит за (всё) полотенца, спорт зал ( 50€) сейф вообще оказался платный! На ресепшене не ответили ни на один вопрос. Уборка в номере через день. В очередной день просто пришли и убрали пол номера и даже не зашли в ванную. Не было замены полотенец за два дня и шампуней и самое главное ведро с использованной бумагой. Если вы соскучились за криками,стуками,драками, у вас это будет включено. Звукоизоляции нет от слова совсем. Вы будете в курсе, что у кого из постояльцев происходит в жизни! Эхо в горах завидует тому эху, которое у вас за дверью! Самое страшное, что с 6 утра приезжают грузовики с доставкой ( естественно не один) и начинается под окном у вас грузовой склад огромного гипермаркета, с криками, с киданием балонов, палетов и т д. И естественно когда грузовик едет назад, издаёт отвратный писк. Дышать в номере невозможно из за выхлопных газов! Семь завтраков, было абсолютно одинаковыми!!! Разнообразие шикарное, овощи :огурцы, помидоры ах да…. На этом всё. Самая главная фишка этого отеля, это дизенфекция. Посуда настолько про хлорирована, что вкус хлорки у меня останется еще на неделю. Пить из стаканов невозможно!Вода с крана с запахом хлорки. Зубы чистить не вариант. Такое ощущение, что мы провели отпуск сначала на вокзале, потом нас переместили на рынок через стадион и закончили на грузовой стоянке дальнобойщиков. Отель выбирали по принципу бассейн на улице плюс крытый теплый ( как нам заявили) бассейн, где вона оказалась 20 градусов. На ресепшене как всегда пожали плечами. Когда будете оставлять залог за что либо. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО сохраняйте чек. Ибо ресепшен будет пожимать плечами. Отель уже разрушается, ни одной целой скульптуры и фонтана уже нет на территории. Мебель видела еще товарища Берию. Подушки очень не удобные, просите ортопедические.

Bazen, lehatka k dispozícií. Večerný program. Milý personal hotelu v každom smere. Vynikajúce drinky. Usb zasuvky, poriadok na izbe a pohodlná posteľ.
Slaba zvuková izolácia. Cez dvere do izby unikalo svetlo. Ozvena na chodbe. Pomalý výťah. Niektoré prvky hotela zastaralé.

Excellent location..cleaned to a high standard…friendly staff….food was ok
Was surprised the tea/coffee facilities in the room had to be paid for on a daily basis
I cut my finger closing the patio door, Amber the new receptionist was extremely helpful & gave me first aid, but no one from the management team checked I was ok, very disappointed ☹️

A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó,nyugodt helyen van,ugyanakkor pár perc sétára a központtól. Általában kedves a személyzet,külön ajánlom az esti szervezett programokat,különösen a Bár szolgáltatásait.
Némi felújítás-modernizálás a szobák és a lakórészek tekintetében elkelhet. Nem túl jó a szoba ajtók hangszigetelése,a folyosóról behallatszanak a zajok,(a folyosón közlekedő vendégek vislkedésétől is függ),Kicsit a reggeli egyhangú,de sokféle,így mindenki talál magának valót. Ár-érték arányban minden rendben van,ezektől függetlenül.

Good location
Walls are made from paper, very very bad sound protected, hard to get to sleep, doors bangin or you can hear people talking next room like in yours. To get to inside pool no proper place to change, dirty and broken toilets. Not recommend to anyone, it is not 4 stars hoter, 0 stars!

Hotel foarte curat, mancare proaspata si buna, divertisment👍,personal bine instruit. Bauturile all inclusive diversificate si ne-au placut. Recomand! Noi vom reveni in mod sigur!

A colazione di dolce , eccetto mini cornetti, saltuariamente il pancake. Mi sarei aspettato una maggiore scelta.

Location is good a walking distance from a v. Good restaurants, pubs , Venus beach and lidl store.
Beds are uncomfortable, very noisy at night from next door rooms and corridors.

So much diversity at breakfast, the staff was soooo kind and helpful. I travelled for my birthday and i didnt expect the surprise from them to me on my birthday. I was surprised and touched by their surprise.

Buffet style meals (half board) offer plenty of choice and the food quality was good - but for dinner service it just lacks the 4* quality feeling that a regular restuarant table service would offer...
Good location for Tomb Of The Kings and Venus Beach + walkable into both 'old' Papos and harbour Paphos.
Hotel definitely has all the facilities of a 4* location - but, for example, bedroom corriodors were a bit clinical and quite noisy even with guests just heading to their rooms; Late night returning guests did disturb the peace & quiet... We also heard our room neighbours even when they were not really being noisy...
If one looks closely, the physical infrastructure and room fixtures are definitely in need of some attention/modernization...
Was not expecting to have to pay for a room safe either nor for in-room drink top-ups...

Hotel was clean, comfy and up-to-date – Andreas & Katrina looked after us and very helpful – lovely swimming pool – our nine-year-old son had great fun, making friends at the pool – and the bar had loads of drinks 
I didn’t wanna go home

We been booked 2 rooms for 1 night, the last day before our flight from Paphos after our holidays in Limassol, our friends have arrived first and called us to say how bad is this hotel after checked in. The rooms was terrible, old furniture, bad smell, after hearing this we have booked another hotel.

We been booked this hotel 3-4 months ago, when we arrived with family/kids around 1-2am from airport, in the reception we been told that the hotel is fully booked and they will move us to other nearest hotel, in other hotel there was no any water in the rooms or in the reception to buy, hotel was terrible. Another 1 hour we was trying to find where we can buy at that time. Was very disappointed and angry, thanks god that we was booked for 1 night only.

I cannot say a single good word about this hotel
Hotel is not up to standard 4 stars. At least 2/3.
Completely unsuitable for families with small children. Bunch of people smoking near the children's pool, employees do not respond to comments about it just said that is legal and does not mater that there is childrens area. The kids club area is dirty and requires children to be barefoot. How can you be barefoot in such a dirty place?
The staff is very unpleasant and rude especially coach at the pool.
The hotel is very noisy and dirty.

I feel very cheated by previous reviews. I tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel, my sister moved out to other hotel after 3 days because all this reasons.

Everything was fine. But I could hear everything that was happening in the corridor. Very poor sound insulation from the corridor. There was nothing from the side of the street and the neighboring rooms.

The staff was amazing. The people really made up for all the disappointments. A special shoutout to Thierry, Khum, and Chet at the bar - those guys were hella cool and fun to hang out with.
The location was good and easy to find or get to - close to the harbor and tombs. Pools looked cool.
The food was very bland and not a lot of options. Chicken always done one way, some meats chewy or dry.. it was fine, but not delicious. Desserts - ok, but if you serve jello, please make some vanilla sauce.
We ate out a lot even though we paid for all-inclusive, cuz the food was just not exciting. Good drinks tho.
Also, the room titles don't really match the reality. We first booked a side sea view - had a view of a huge house with garbage containers and construction, and the sea somewhere in the background. Then upgraded to a full sea view - had a view of the pool and restaurant area with a little bit of the sea in the corner. Not really what we hoped or paid for. I will say that the ''full sea view'' room had a way better vibe tho and it was ok, but I had to spend additional 100€ for the upgrade, cuz the first view was just sad.
The AC also didnt work. We left it on all day in hopes to return to an awesome cold room - it was blasting heat when we got back, even tho it was set to 15 degrees, cold.

- Very good location: close to the centre, close to bus stop, Tombs of the Kings, beach, shops (Lidl)
- Friendly and helpful staff - always helped and advised when needed. 10/10 !
- Green territory, few pools and some playground for small kids.
- Wide variety of breakfast, but everyday the same, not much choices for vegans and vegetarians. You could find vegan cheese ( few times), cucumbers, tomatoes, fruit salad and that is it. Saw only cow milk for cereals.
- TV with option to use Youtube, Netflix.
- Very big and hard pillows - neck and back became numb after sleeping on them. For child had to make 'pillow' from towels. Never had this issue with pillow in any other place.
- The room was not cleaned during all stay (apart from towels change), not even floors were swept. Can't imagine how dirty it might get when people comes back from beach with sandy flip-flops in summer.
- Bad sound canceling: could hear neighbours shouting at 06:00 and all noises in corridor.
- Cold indoor pool.
- Deposit for worn off pool towels (5e each) just...why?
Overall more positive than negative - we would probably came back another time.

Good entertainment program - each evening something different, like dance show, live music, fakirs and fire show, etc. Brilliant entertainment manager Cosmin.
Fantastic bar staff - especially Thierry and Tchet.
Nice pools - indoor and outdoor. Pool towels available, you can exchange them every day.
Comfortable and soft sleeping.
The same breakfast every day. Hotel needs some repair works to be done. Houskeeping staff leave long black hairs everywhere - on the floor, the fresh towels, etc.
