Nonostante la dimensione del complesso alberghiero (5 hotel che condividono qualsiasi cosa), non abbiamo sofferto particolarmente l’affollamento; zona prendisole da curare meglio, ma piacevole per l’affaccio

Colazione da rivedere completamente, l’igiene soprattutto, l’offerta a seguire; qualità dei ristoranti scarsa

Tudo absolutamente perfeito! Café da manhã excepcional! O quarto maravilhoso, muito espaçoso e limpo, com uma vista sensacional. Um resort completo, funcionário atenciosos. Fazem de tudo para você ficar confortável neste local paradisíaco e com uma praia excelente dentro do resort, com várias piscinas próximas, vários ambientes, uma atmosfera mágica dentro deste resort. Não dá nem vontade de sair de lá… só fui conhecer o centro histórico e passei a maior parte do tempo aproveitando o local. Fui de carro e deixei com o manobrista deles, sem nenhum preocupação, vale os 10 euros que cobram por dia, o que é um bom valor considerando estacionamento na Europa, que é sempre muito caro… Tem vários restaurantes, bares, piscinas e ambientes diferentes dentro do complexo. Trânsito livre lá dentro. Nada a pontuar sobre este hotel! Nota 10! Parabéns.

Única coisa que vale mencionar é que fica um pouco distante do centro histórico. Então eu usei Uber para ir e voltar, a um preço de 18 euros aproximadamente para ida e volta.

We loved that we had a complete, unobstructed sea view and that the hotel was quiet / right on the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and clean, and we even had AirCon in our room (which I was worried about b/c I was pregnant when we stayed there and comfort was really important to us). We also loved the breakfast buffet. They had great options and an outdoor terrace, with made-to-order omelets. We would absolutely recommend that anyone stay here. We loved the spa / sauna. The indoor pool was really lovely on the days that it was too chilly to be by the water. The rocky beach access felt safe and clean. And there were multiple other outdoor pools to choose from.

This hotel is ~a 10 Euro Uber / Taxi ride from downtown Dubrovnik. We did this intentionally b/c we wanted to stay somewhere quiet, but there's not a lot within walking distance of the resort. Something to keep in mind. Also, it seemed like there were some growing pains with the wait, pool, and restaurant staff as they got ready for high season. Some of the restaurant / poolside service was slow or just inflexible.

Chambre spacieuse et charmante. Literie très confortable. Propreté de la chambre. Très belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon de la chambre. Plusieurs piscines. Petit déjeuner inclus.

Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de jus de fruits pressés au petit déjeuner, mais aussi un manque de prestations incluses pour le prix que coûte la nuit d’hôtel. Pas beaucoup de choix à la carte du restaurant.

-cleaningness in the spa has to improve -sauna - the wood has not been cleaned once, also getting water is not regular, no refill of body lotion for two days -we were not given room with king size even asked for in advance, other room had twin beds put together, we were asked to adjust it ourselves - no sunbeds, umbrellas by the sea, even in days when the weather was nice, which is a pity -not enough umbrellas by the pools, no one to ask
