The location is great, right on the cityhall square, not far from Tivoli gardens, the central train station and the exit of the Metro.
The view to the city hall square was wonderful.
The room is small, there was no water pressure in the shower and the street-facing room was very noisy.
Being there on a weekend meant that we could feel the bass of the clubs downstairs.
Though our flight was delayed and we didn't use the first night, the hotel refused any sort of consideration and charged us full price for this night.
They only clean your room if you register the day before for housecleaning. This is highly bureaucratic and though labelled as "ecological", I think it was mostly implemented to cut hotel costs.
We stayed 2 nights and found alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay in Copenhagen.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - ganz in der Nähe des Rathausplatzes und des Hauptbahnhofs. Copenhagen kann von dort gut erkundet werden. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Aber die Einrichtung ist total in Ordnung und das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss extra bestellt werden - kostet dann aber nichts extra.

Me gustó mucho la buena ubicación, en el Centro de la ciudad, la limpieza y la calidad de su personal.
Por poner una pequeña pega, en algunos momentos la sala de desayuno se quedaba pequeña.

- 为方便去丹麦国家博物馆和嘉士伯艺术馆住到市政厅广场边，酒店明显修缮过却依然看出年代感。订了双床行政间，窗外是隔壁楼的屋顶，夜色很美。早餐要扫码预定时间，但其实并不拥挤，菜品丰富，咖啡机很有趣

Wunderbar zentral gelegen. Metro, Supermarkt…alles vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal.

It was centrally located and you could walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and the lobby and rooms were very clean.
The breakfast was very expensive. I wish they had a complimentary coffee/tea and pastry table open until 11 am. I was traveling with children and they really needed to be able to have a little juice and a pastry in the morning after they woke up, not just from 0500-0700 when they were still asleep.

Old and shabby rooms. There was a really loud and uncomfortable noise at my room and the hotel staff said they could not change my room nor do anything about it (just offered me earplugs), hence could not sleep at night due to the noise. The bed was also really uncomfortable (you could tell that the mattress was old and used, really tough and with a “spoon shape”). Finally, breakfast service was a disaster: another guest threw my purse to the floor to take my table and the person in charge of allocating guests in tables did not do anything about it… Really bad experience!

The location, justa a few minutes from the train station which was perfect.
Breakfast for the smooth welcome by the staff and the booking function worked because we were directed to a free table when arriving.
Just one thing wich is unlikely to happen often, the coffemachine was not cleaned and in it one used pod was there and the muggs in the bathroom was very dirty unfortunately.

Location was the best. Also the hotel provide us umbrellas when necessary and rent some bikes that transform our trip in a nice experience.
Thew room was a litle small with no views at all. You have to organice all hotel services through an app, including the breakfast reservation.

Location perfect. Breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sorted our rooms swiftly with no problem when rooms not as close together as we would have liked.
Room a little noisy - looked out on to air conditioning at back I think.

This comment is for all hoteliers: there is a propensity to place single women in the almost distant room from reception. Women of all ages travelling alone are vulnerable, and while not advocating placing women next to reception they should have quick access to their room, elevators and assistance.

Location and easy of access. They let us upgrade the room easily to allow for an early check in.
The 7/11 was a late night life saver. they called a cab for us with ease.
The beds were comfortable. And the linens were so cozy and clean.
The airconditioning wasn't working in our room so it would get stuffy so we had to open our windows. I brought it up with the desk and they had someone look at it while we're out but we didn't see any noticeable difference.
The bathroom has a hint of urine smell that we couldn't identify.
The drop ceiling tiles would lift up if the windows were closed. The airconditioning (that didn't work) would creast alot of pressure causing the tiles to lift

we stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have warm water for showering in the evening. This was very unpleasant.

A great hotel with clean facilities in an excellent location! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until 11pm, but we had no issue checking in. A great place to stay!

the street noise is excessive. on the front, it’s a major high traffic road with busses and trucks. on the side street, there’s a very rowdy bar where drunkards sing and shout late through the night. when they finally leave, starts the garbage trucks because a recycling pickup spot is right under your windows.
