The hotel dies not have air conditioning so the Rom g’ets vers hot on Sonny drys.

We had room 133 - in the row of rooms closest to the beach. It was tranquil. The architecture is quite something. Breakfast was plentiful with a make your own teabag facility - tasty. Easy walk to a choice of local restaurants and shops, though it is so early in the season that it was all quite quiet - yet to come into full season.
No-one at reception on arrival and we felt a bit lost amongst hoards of local tourists. Quite a trek to our room - we could have been invited to drive around to park outside our room. Couldn’t get back in the exterior door closest to us which would have been a bit maddening for a longer stay. Odd couple of fridges in the corridor outside our room.

Unfortunately my room was near the entrance, so I heard a lot of the other guests walking through.

The room was clean.
I paid for a sea view room for one person, but after being sent to the second floor I was switched up the same evening to an underground room with the view towards a parking lot.

Location near town centre is excellent. The hotel looks better in real life than the photo on booking.com. Staff really good.
Curtains need a clean. Bathroom needs more ventilation / extractors.

Lovely place, near the beach. The view in my room was really stunning. Everything within short walking distance. Free parking.

Great location, well appointed room and very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
we asked for our room to be cleaned and the bed was left unmade and the sheets crumpled. We would have liked a fitted sheet on the bed instead of two single sheets which didn’t fit the bed.

Location is close to the beach and the castle, big parking area and very good firm bed.
Staff was not friendly and not possible to have early checkin have to wait until housekeeping finish all rooms, or have to pay dkk100 for possible 2pm check in 😔. Breakfast was limited choices

Stev staff are super friendly, great location right at the beach and crystal clear water
I would prefer to have a fridge in the room for milk and storing snacks cold. However the staff at the restaurant were always happy to give you a small jug of milk.

Very nice view from the seaview room. Truly close to the beach in walking distance from train and bus station. Very friendly staff.
Nothing. If improvements are considered: there could have been one herbal tea package and maybe an HDMI cable to use the TV as a screen for streaming services.
