TOTO製ウォッシュレットがあったのが助かりました。下痢したので、なおさらあって良かった。部屋も綺麗で、シャンゼリゼ通りやメトロの駅もすぐ近くで便利でした。レストランに日本人スタッフもおり心強いです。凱旋門やエッフェル塔も徒歩圏内でした。

ドライヤーが使えるコンセントが少なかった。また、火災報知器の誤報（？）には閉口しました。

3泊しましたがスタッフの対応がとても良く気持ちよく過ごせました。ドアマンの方が特に最高の対応でした！レストランには日本人スタッフもいるので困った際には頼れます。お部屋も静かで広くとてものんびり過ごせてパリとか思えない静かな時間でした。 レストランの食事が最高に美味しい！ディナーもお手軽なお値段で本格的なお料理が食べられるのでおすすめです。朝食もレベルが高く大満足でした。またシャンゼリゼ付近に行く時はリピートします。

シャワールームから洗面所に水がいってしまうところ。 写真で見たルーフトップには行けなかった。 屋上は閉鎖されていて思い描いていた景色を見ることはできずでした。オープンはイベントなどある時だけなのかな？そこだけ残念でした。

Everything was amazing. The location, the service, the rooms. My friends and I loved the stay.

Door staff great, reception staff so-so. Made a request for a bath tub as my friend and I traveling are both pregnant and wanted to enjoy a bath soak and relax - however the bath didn’t fill properly and the maintenance staff took so long to try and fix it - plus it was getting later and later at night. At check out, we were offered 5% off for our next stay for the bath issue - but we haven’t received an email to show this and asked to have the 5% off for payment at check out instead for this visit, but was refused. At check out the staff member charged the card on file without asking first - which wasn’t the card we wanted to use for payment for our stay. She was showing her annoyance with us - which wasn’t a great way to end our visit. Room was nice and view great - but as to be expected for the price that we paid.
