The room was very samallaThey did not clean it after the first night. Breakfast was nothing special.

we were absolutely amazed from this hotel! it is in a top location (Old Town and harbour is only 10 minutes away by walk), currently they renew the street in fron of the hotel, because of the very good windows you will hear nearly nothing from that scenery, the personal was astonishing, very calm, very friendly and absolutely professional (you will not find this in every hotel in the last years), the hotel has a very modern style, nearly everything feels precious, our room was fantastic, we have booked the premium room which is on a suite-level in other hotels, the rooms was perfectly cleaned every day, the bathroom was big enough, the bed was a dream ;-), the hotel bar was also very good, with very good drinks and also professional staff finally, the price/performance-ratio was brilliant, you feel like in a 5-star-hotel, please keep going on this way, we are looking forward to come back

Excellent location, beautifully refurbished hotel, nice atmosphere in the lobby + bar, nice products in the bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights and I cannot say that it was a nice experience. - First, the room temperature is centrally organised via the air circulation system. In the early night the room was too hot to sleep. Around 5AM the temp became acceptable. There IS airco/fan but this means you have to sleep in cold wind. (BUT, the airco is hardwired for 20 deg min. Our room had 5AM sun on the windows and thus never got colder than 21,5. There was nothing we could do about it.) -Second, staff lacks organisation, was pretty rude and sometimes not interested in customers: *Our room was not set up as a twin room even though we booked one and even though this was confirmed at check-in. An ‘engineer’ had to come to split the bed. *During our stay of 3 nights we did not receive ANY housekeeping! The receptionist couldn’t help us (apart from sending the same ‘engineer’ to bring towels and quickly emptying our the dust bin with his bare hands - thank you!) and said we had to file a complaint next morning. Sheets, bathroom and floor were left dirty. * At breakfast the receptionist barked “you have to pay” rather than just saying that “breakfast is not included in your room”. *In the bar, the bar tender was more interested in giggling with his lady friends rather than serving us and cleaning up his bar after people had left. This team needs serious training in friendliness, organisation and customer service. I paid good money to stay in a 4-star hotel and IMO it is their job to serve me in a friendly and professional manner. - Third, the beds are extremely soft. This is a matter of taste but there are limits to how soft a mattress should be. The beds felt more like hammocks! My guest has back problems. For him this was a painful experience. The most annoying part of our stay was the dirty room (3 nights no housekeeping). To be fair, the supervisor gave us a free breakfast to compensate. But we had to explicitly beg for it.

There were next to no vegan options at breakfast. The sauna was not included in the room price.

We did not find in the room sleepers, bathrobe. The water from shower cabine was leaking into the rest of the bathroom as there was not any barier, at 16:00 room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. We had to ask to bring the towels as we have to place ours on the floor to.clean leaking water.

Quite small, so not really meant for ”hanging out”.

You get classic hotel room with comphortable bed and rich, various breakfast located in very center. The bathroom was not cleaned well. But it might be by a mistake.
